I am rejecting this response because:The claim by
Arwood Waste that restroom services were rendered and we owe them $is
falseArwood Waste provided no services, and therefore, nothing is dueIn
January of we ordered the stall Deluxe Private Portable Restroom Trailer
advertised by Arwood Waste ( ***
)Though twice the cost of other restroom options available, my *** and I were
willing to pay a premium price for this unit in keeping with the elegant outdoor
wedding we were preparing for our *** in July of The stall Deluxe
Private Portable Restroom Trailer we ordered and (after several conversations
with Arwood Waste) were guaranteed features individual LED lit stalls accessed
by individual doorsEach private stall is 52” wide equipped with a single
toilet, sink, mirror, and counterThe trailer we ordered from Arwood Waste sits low to the ground
on an integrated undercarriage, the distinctive round edged exterior appearing to be stainless steel or
aluminumCurved railings and two shallow steps rise gently to a platform which would have provided safe and
easy individual access to each stall for all our guests, many of whom were elderly. In contrast, the trailer Arwood Waste attempted to deliver
immediately prior to the wedding rehearsal features an aging yellowed plastic
box set high upon an exposed undercarriage, the wheels to be covered with vinylTwo foldout stairs with four steps each and no platform rise steeply to a pair of doors above the undercarriage defined by life size male and female bathroom symbolsEach of
these doors provides access to a PUBLIC, not PRIVATE restroom featuring tight
stalls, a bank of urinals, shared sinks, mirrors, and counters (For a graphic

Due to the disparity between the premium private restroom trailer we ordered
(and for which we were willing to pay a premium price) and the sub standard
public restroom unit provided by Arwood Waste we were forced to decline delivery
just hours before the wedding rehearsal causing us GREAT anguish and
inconvenienceAt no point during the months leading up to the wedding were we
informed the stall Deluxe Private Portable Restroom Trailer was unavailable
and that they would not be able to deliver on our contractAdditionally, we had
contracted for two additional units, which Arwood Waste never even attempted to
deliver, leaving a phone message that they had forgotten themDespite the above,
Arwood Waste is billing us for all of the units we ordered - none of which were
ever delivered pursuant to our contractSince the services Arwood Waste
promised were never rendered, and it breached our contract, it seems ludicrous
for us to pay, especially where we were required, at the last minute, to obtain
and pay for alternate waste services for the wedding.Regards,

This service was cancelled per customers request on 6/30/However, the service were rendered up until 6/30/Arwood Waste tried to collect from 5/7/until the lien was placed on the property on 9/8/15.The total balance is $and as soon as this is received Arwood Waste will issue a lien
release. From what I understand Mr*** does not feel comfortable giving the credit card number so he can go toArwoodwaste.com and reference customer #***

I am rejecting this response because: Website does not list any prices for items in question If that were the case, I would not have had to call for pricing Business implied message may have not been "heard" which is a personal attack This is an unprofessional practice Had the company provided transcripts of the conversation when the dollar amount was quoted, a complaint would not have been made However, they were unwilling to do so Seceral times, my email was read back to me correctly, but after the dispute, I was told it was entered incorrectly

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: ***, The fact is that you never returned my calls that were made to your officeYou are not speaking the truth, My account in December was given a new account number because your third party company that you use in *** to service my account suspended Arwoods accountThat is why you gave me a large credit in March statement, because you didn't pick up the trash, and therefor services were not satisfied. I was the one who had them come out and pick up the trash because you never followed through on this issue even though I spoke to several representatives in your office including yourself So January we supposedly solve this problemI made payments and they were applied to the old account number, I start calling your office again and asking why my payments are not being applied because I was getting several rude and nasty emails. I call, I get the run around and your staff, rude and condescending attitude, belligerent and degrading comments by your ***/ *** *** male, ***. You and monies for service was supposedly corrected again in June it wasn't I called several times, spoke to *** , rude and unprofessional, ***, stated you *** had to help meJust plain avoidance to due your job correctly and have a statement that was correct and true in charges was like asking for a miracle. After plus calls of unprofessionalism, I gave up June I received a bill for approximately, it was paid and service was cancelled by my request to ***My service was finally cancelled on July 9th because I called again because of another rude email that wasn't correct and again called to speak to *** ***, made up name, spoke to *** received rudeness again, and again this situation blown to kingdom comeYou stated in your response that the last payment your company received was on 2/17/Lie.These are the dates monies were sent via your website and drafted from my business account .So lets just say for argument January to July my monthly charge is rounded up $per month that equals to $total if you total the amount of money your company received that would equal to $868.45.That's a difference of $overage? 2/18/2015 $210.543/12/$41.954/17/$105.275/20/236.887/21/So still confused on how you come up with that *** *** owes you????Mechanics Lien? There was no remodel, sub contractors at this address, again using the terminology of a mechanics lien is fraudulent, I hired your company over two years ago and the contract terms was to pick up trash that was made by a single business waste from a ***, to be picked up weeklyThat's it no sub contractor had any dealing other than picking up the trashYour lien is fraudulent. You filed a lien that wasn't applicable to the terms of our agreement and furthermore if you had reconciled your account and added and subtracted what was truly owed this wouldn't have ever happened All documentation will be given to Revdex.com on request, Arwood Waste is responsible to show their accuracy

On Dumpster where the phone number was located the prices are on that siteHowever, MsEmbry did pay for the dumpster and called yesterday to have it removedOnce we receive that dump ticket and verify it did not go over the allotted tonnage the account will be closed

I am rejecting this response because: This is the first (and I hope last) time I have ever complained to the Revdex.com or posted a review online. I had to be this extreme to force *** *** to respond to me. Her staff put me through months of turmoil by doing absolutely nothing. Instead of dealing with blatant staffing problems, she focused on my impolite reaction to her inept staff. There is no customer service at Arwood Waste.At least by complaining to the Revdex.com, I managed to get *** to admit they made a mistake on my account, and at least she sort of apologized. I have (and more being finalized) remodels getting ready to start. I made a mistake by giving Arwood Waste a chance to handle my waste removal needs. I will go back to my usual companies. I have never had any issue with them, and they never make up bogus charges.***, I notice you have another *** *** ** *** this morning. When will you learn?

I am rejecting this response because:Again, this order was cancelled prior to delivery. I received an email from "Arwood Waste " on Thursday 9/24/at 1:pm confirming cancellation of this order. The business then delivered the units on Friday 9/25/despite knowing that it was cancelled. I will make the email available to anyone who requests it. I have forwarded it the business multiple times before but am willing to do so again.When they charged me for the units despite the cancellation I disputed that charge with my credit card company. The credit card company resolved the dispute in my favor

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is acceptable.   However, I do suggest Arwood look into why the delivery was made 3 days late with no explanation whatsoever, especially if they want to continue to farm out work in their name.  Weekend contact information should also be made available if Arwood wishes to claim they provide services on weekends.
