Mavis was looking at the wrong tape. This incident occurred on July *, 2017. The manager on duty clearly made the remarks. Mavis did offer to replace the tire at their cost. I countered back and said how about we go half each. They said know, I thought that this was a reasonable solution. But more over than anything else why did they tell me they had the tire in stock and replace it with a Cooper Tire. There was absolutely no discussion on what type of tire I was getting. My vehicle was only six months old equipped with Michelin Tires so again why would they put a different tire on the car? If I was informed that I was getting a Cooper Tire I definitely would have no replace it with whats already on my vehicle, (Michelin Tires). I strongly feel as though I was not advised properly and treated very rudely by this business. My vehicle is a lease and when I return the vehicle to Honda they expect all four tires to be the same.Thank you, [redacted]

More lies again. The mechanic told us that the tires would need to be replaced but could wait.  An example of mis diagnosing the issue. Mavis put my family in great harm n danger.  Mike the mechanic said the axel was fine n customers don't approve work it's the company that provides the service. The next mechanic after the accident said they should've seen the issue.  The service mgr said they never looked at the axel so how would you know it was fine?  Those calls should be recorded. These are lies n unfortunately the company is not taking any responsibility.  The president wouldn't even speak to me when I called.  This needs to be rectified w full refund n paying for all the car rentals.  We had work done on tires n 2 days later an axel breaks where you did work. That's not a coincidence.

There is no reason to remove any of these parts as proven by the estimate provided by the second body shop. Please see attached, the estimate obtained for over $1000 less for the same work to be done. We have had numerous cars repaired at this facility and all were extremely satisfied. This is the amount of work necessary to repair damages caused by our store. Again, if customer can obtain an estimate for the rear bumper ONLY  or have the work done at the body shop we've attached, then we will be happy to have the work done for him. Thank you

eventually offered slightly less than the minimum. When I asked if they wanted a satisfied return customer, a customer who was convinced that the company was concerned about the safety of its customers and their reputation he reiterated that his offer of less than half the bill was what he thought was fair. Not believing I would get more from them I accepted his offer. I will no longer give them my business and will continue to encourage others to avoid them for anything related to brakes.

offered a $35 voucher for the inconvenience of having to make that extra visit, but she refused it. There is nothing further Mavis/STS can do at this time until we receive the price match information from the customer. Thank you

[redacted] voucher can be used towards any service. The stores know to accept the credit vouchers for anything, not just tires. On the voucher it says "towards any future service" then below it says "on tires that are in our company wide inventory only". This does not mean only tires, it means that if the customer should choose to use it for tires, those are the stipulations. Also, the store will be calling the customer today 8/**/2015 to obtain a credit card number so that we may run his refund through. Thank you

 This business has not contacted me in any way at all, I can verify this by my phone records. They have not called and if they had called and I was unable to answer the call they would of left a voice mail as per my request when I made the first call to the corporate regarding my complaint.

The alignment was never done correctly at you store, the 1st or 2nd time. I have now waisted more than enough of my time and money with this issue please resolve ASAP. I was also informed yet again by a second and third opinion that the tie rods are not in need of repair and are in perfict working order. You may want to have a meeting with your employees as they are trying to rip your customers off, as you will find in multiple reviews online. Thanks for your time

Upon extensive investigation into this concern, we found that all services provided to the customer were authorized and needed. Our Regional Manager, Garry, tried to reach out to the customer several times to no avail. Mavis tire serviced the customers brakes upon her request. We are happy to hear...

that the customer is having no issues with her breaks. We would be more than willing to refund the customer for the shifter service we provided. Thank you.

Upon extensive investigation into this concern, the customer came in and requested an oil change be done to the vehicle. Our service manager, Dave, called the customer back and he was the one who recommended a 30,000 mile service on her car and quoted her about $210 for the 30,000 mile service only....

The 30,000 service ended up only being $190, plus the oil change which she initially came in for, which does have its own charge, it is not included in a 30,000 service plus tax. Customer did approve all work to be done and was aware of all the charges. In an effort to ensure customer satisfaction Mavis is willing to offer the customer a $25 voucher for future service. Thank you

As per our Regional Manager, Mavis/STS was able to come to a proper resolution to address this customer's concerns and will be mailing out a refund check. Thank you!

I spoke with store manager by phone on 8/**. In that conversation we agreed to meet on 8/**. I went to store on 8/** and 8/**  to meet  but was unable to resolve anything because he was out sick. I went again on 8/** and was told he needs a receipt showing my credit card was charged again, so I explained he would be notified by the bank because the charge is in dispute. Thank you

On 9/**/2016 at 3:08 pm I spoke with a store manager that called from ###-###-#### and was told that he was going to review the shop video. All side skirts on my vehicle did not need clips only the side where the employee damaged. I sent the photo of the damage attached to my complaint of before when it was damaged and after the mechanic just put screw in it. The manager Kevin said they was going to order the clips and they will repair the next day, but when I returned they never even ordered it said they would put tape. With that being said I have attached 4 pics. 1) pic of damages Mavis did to right side of vehicle 2) pic of repair Mavis did to right side of vehicle the next day 3) pic of left side of vehicle that shows side skirt was perfectly fine no damages 4) pic is the right side of the vehicle prior to bring it to Mavis.  As you see I take pride in my vehicle and notices the damage right away once it was damaged. Which is the real reason I have filled the complaint because my vehicle was damaged not like Mavis manager said my vehicle needed clips. My wife even told the manager that the vehicle had no damage to the right side before bringing it ibe and the manager still tried to tell us both it must have been. The facts prove itself that my vehicle was damaged by negligent worker and was not compensated. I have sent the proof

Have the tire now

Mavis/STS cannot refund a customer for a purchase on one card, then re bill them on another at a later date. This will open our business to fines associated with fraud as our receipts must be made at the time of purchase. There is no way for us to do this we apologize. Thank you

Upon investigation of this situation by our Regional and District Manager, there is no way that the incorrect tires were given to this customer when her tires were switched. Unfortunately there is no further action for Mavis/STS to take. Thank you!
