The reply listed here is not correct. While they did leave a voice mail message on 7/*/15, that message indicated that there was no need to contact them back because of the July [redacted] holiday and that the representative would be following up with the two Mavis Locations after the holiday. So I did not return the call. As for the other messages on  8/** and 8/** I did speak with the representative Rob M[redacted]. He advised me that he would be contacting the two locations that worked on my vehicle and would get back to me ASAP. Rob did contact me back the same day, 8/**. Rob indicated that I would be receiving a Mavis Credit in the amount of $100 along with a credit card refund in the amount of $170. I have received the Credit Certificate in the amount of $100, however it can only be used for Tires and not a service. This was not explained to me in my conversations with Rob. The credit card has not been refunded the $170 as promised as of this date. 8/**/15.

Find attached. Please  read the estimate from [redacted], it shows a cost to replace the bumper & outer bracket including paint supplies w/clear coat, along with an open item in case they find anything underneath that may need replacement or repair. There is no replacement cost listed regarding the rear taillights ,the rear glass the rocker panels, or any of the trim involved. It shows labor to remove  those items in the process of  replacing the bumper. As far as it is known there was no communication  between Mavis & Crystal Clear Collison to come to any agreement concerning any of this.

[Two separate locations have failed the repairs on this vehicle, requiring re-work. The car was inspected and passed inspection while still unsafe. Four months went by without so much as a word from a corporation that makes millions of dollars in relation to problems that were associated with this, extra costs incurred from missed work, due to their failure, or even an apology. $330 check was received on March [redacted] and has been placed in an envelope to go back to the corporation. $330 dollars is far from unacceptable, as was told to the Regional Manager's and store managers of both locations, including a strut job that was paid for during all of these repairs, and just 4 months later, miraculously the strut mounts just decided to fail, in which the tech at Mavis stated "I've never seen strut mounts so corroded." Don't you think if they were inspected the first time the car had struts put in they should have been replaced. This is a million dollar corporation doing shoddy work on customer vehicles, with shoddy inspection practices. ** location said they couldn't understand how the ** location could have inspected the car and sent it on it's way with the issues it had, which means my twin 7 year old girls, were being driven in an unsafe car.]

  My vehicle le had absolutely no wheel damage when brought this business. The,fact that they admit one of the wheels was damage by there machine is proof that they are responsible for the other 3 wheels. Hiw is it that they only damaged one wheel. There equipment was faulty abd did not have the proper protective gear to prevent this damage. In addition the tech obviously did not have the knowledge or the skills to realize it. My wife never parks here car mere any curbs. It used strictly th o commute to work where she parks in a parking lot with mo curbs. I should have read the reviews prior to go there because Mavis has been accused of the same exact thing to other customers. I want full compensation for the 4 damaged wheels which cist exactly 150.00 each to replace.

The regional District manager, Richard reached out to the customer immediately. He reduced the cost of the part to only $60 and did not charge any labor on the caliper. The customer supplied us with his own rotors which were all installed for $80 and his rear pads were done for $69.99. Our team...

stayed late to complete the work and the customer was even offered a rental car. The customer left happy with the resolution that he and Richard came to. Thank you

Again, the recommendation for this customer's vehicle was based on the mileage of said vehicle at the time of repair. All services completed on this customer's vehicle were necessary, and authorized by the customer. Thank you!

As per Jeff S[redacted], the Regional Training Manager, as of 02/**/2017, this situation was "forwarded up to the office".  He was supposed to contact us on 02/**/2017, which he did not.  We have been chasing this company around for a resolution to this, and at this point, nothing is even close to being resolved.

Mavis is willing to replace her motor with one that has about 52,000 miles on it..that is about 43,000 miles less than the customer's motor. NOT been resolved because: The regional manager, Michael D[redacted], agreed to give me a full refund for the damages done to my wheels. After I agreed to him giving me that refund, he then stopped picking up my phone calls and no longer answers my texts. I contacted their corporate department to gain some sort of resolution and they mentioned that in order for me to get a full refund, I had to take down all of the reviews I posted of the shop. I told them that I do not trust them because one of the other reviews made by another customer states that he is in the same situation that I am in, that he was pomised a reimbursement check for the damages done to his vehicle about 3 months ago, and that he was in contact with their corp dept and that a regional managaer had promised him a check after he had done what they requested (i.e.: write a better review) and to this date he is still waiting. I relayed my concerns to the manager and he no longer answers me, I told David from customer service the same and he stated that they would get it in writing and that the customer service director would send me an email promising thaf a check will be written out so that I can feel confident in removing my reviews.
