I filled bankruptcy in December of last year and in doing so all of my creditors stopped reporting to the three (3) major credit bureausOnce my bankruptcy case was completed and all creditors were discharged, except those that I reaffirmed were to start reporting to the afore mentioned credit bureausHowever, Chase Mortgage, even though I reaffirmed the willingness to repay never started reportingI contacted Chase on several occasions leading up to the discharge, but they not once said they had not received the reaffirmation contractIn September 2017, I suggested having my attorney contact them, and was told that they sent the reaffirmation contract to my attorney, but never received itI was told by one of their representative that they received the discharge notice, but not the reaffirmation contract On September 8, 2017, I went to my attorney office and we contacted Chase to re-request the reaffirmation contract, and we got the run-aroundThe representative we spoke with

My home equity line of credit LOC was suspended at Chase Bank per letter I received indicating that there was something on my credit report After going to the bank on 06/12/and meeting with Brandon H [redacted] I was told that it had to do with my mortgage Brandon said he would look into this and get back to me which he did not do On 06/21/I called and spoke with Brandon and he said I needed to get a free credit report from the internet and fax it to Chase to review Upon trying to obtain this free credit report I got locked out of the site because it did not like one of my answers to their questions and they said to call and get a report mailed to me After doing this the person on the phone said it would take days for processing and then to weeks before it would be sent out I have already reviewed my credit reports via Credit Karma and there is nothing wrong with them I should not have to obtain this report for Chase and they should not be able to arbitrarily allo

Florida was struck by Hurricane Irma, I was in the direct path which lead to distruction of my property. I spoke to chase between the months of September and January their CS reps are not all on the same page. I spoke to CS reps who said that I wouldn't have to make a mortgage payment until December but would have to pay all payments, which made absolutly no sense b/c if im trying to repair the property where am I going to get the funds to make all payment, this was about 4 phone conversations with several reps. I then spoke to a Disaster Recover CS who said that I was provided false information, and that there is a forbearnce period which would end Feburaty 28th of 2018 and at that point I would need to make my payment in March 2018 and the remaining payments would either be tacked to the end of the mortgage or I could do a balloon payment, my choice. He said that a forbearnce letter was sent out and it does read that I would need to make all payments in December but that was miss lea

I issued a claim through my insurance company for hail damage on my windows of my house that happened on June 9, I submitted all of the appropriate forms by following the process to the letterMy homeowners insurance which is [redacted] issued me a check for the cost of the damagesAs required, I sent the check to Chase Mortgage in the amount of $10,and they sent me a partial amount of the money back to me in the amount of Chase told me that I would receive the remaining balance of $after they processed the formsIt is now Setember and have yet to receive that remaining checkOver the last months I've called to check on the status of the claim and they claimed they didin't recieve all the formsFirst I sent them by certified mail, then I faxed them in twiceThen after calling Chase's insurance claims deptagain, I uploaded them onto their insurance claims website which they confirmed they had received everythingLast week I had my claims

I sent a early payment in November since they sent me a statement. Chase bought my loan from ***. Chase sent my payment to [redacted] but it took me two weeks and speaking to four different customer service reps to find this out. [redacted] didn't have record of this payment. I had to cut another check to [redacted] for November. [redacted] finds the check the first week of January and sends the check back to Chase. I have proff of Chase signing for the check. I received a letter from Chase stating they needed more information. Said my telephone number wasn't correct but when I call in the computer knows my number. The phone number on the letter is ###-###-####. I have called every week for four weeks. I call every Monday. No return phone calls. I have requested my payment back since they cashed my check. The total is over 1200.00 dollars. No action from Chase and now not returning calls.

at closing we had advised Chase of an automatic payment being sent in from [redacted] the Chase agent did not show the payment as having arrived yetthey advised that in order to close that day, we could stop payment on our electronic payment and proceed with closing with the current amount owed, excluding the payment in transitwe all agreed that this would work we contacted [redacted] and successfully cancelled the payment in transitabout a month later, Chase sends us a letter stating they did not receive our last payment (the one that we were told to cancel) and that they were not refunding our escrow money of $until we paid the last payment the loan was closed there are no payments due how can Chase be attempting to collect more money on a closed loan? are they able to hold money from an escrow account to pay towards a loan that was closed?

Chase Finance has been deceptive and uncooperative throughout our many years in using this home loan provider This problem started with a home loan refinance, we were assured the PMI cycle would NOT be reset as we were nearly complete in meeting the 20% equity requirement We were deceived and the PMI started over, since the refinance we have been calling and calling Chase with zero assistance in removing the PMI This has been going on for nearly years since the refinance, Chase does not return our calls or fails to follow through with any attempt of something resembling customer serviceTaking advantage of a military family is not appreciated and nor should it be tolerated as a means of conducting business
Our next option is filing an FTC complaint so we can gain some Federal oversight and assistance with this problem

Received a letter for a streamline refinance and pursued itI was approved and upon closing, paperwork was incorrect and I was also not told to bring anything to closingAgent stated me emailed me that info but he did notI have reached out many times since then to see what the next step is to Travis L***, Terry W*** and Michael G*** and the will not return my emails/calls/voicemailsThe customer service has been horrible

I requested that my PMI be removed in February and was told I would need to pay $fee for a BROKER PRICE OPINION to be performed on my property in order to get the current value of the homeOnce the BROKER PRICE OPINION was completed it showed that my loan to value was at 71% way under the 80% required to remove the PMI and Chase then refused to remove the PMIAfter filing a complaint and mgoing back and forth on multiple calls Chase told me they would reach out to the company and verify the upgrades to my home were missed on the BPOChase agreed and once verified the upgrades to the home were missed on the BPO Chase agreed to removed the PMI but then shortly afterward fraudulently billed me a $fee for another BPO on top of the $BROKER PRICE OPINION COST I was already charged and paid for on 02/22/I called and opened a case regarding this fee and ended up with no explanation and letter billing me the fraudulent $fee stating I needed to pay it?

I applied for a refinance with Chase Mortgage on 4/27/Nearly months later, there has been no sign of my closingThe first loan locked date was 7/26/and then that date was changed to 8/25/The origination fees had increased due to no fault of my ownI complied with all of Chase's requests for financial informationI even had a new roof put on my homeThen week ago they asked me for recent paystubs because the original ones I submitted were old due to their incompetenceThey have strung me a long for months and on top of that I had to pay a fee of $upfront to start the processIn the beginning I was receiving weekly phone updates but that stopped about weeks ago because they probably knew that I would be asking about the statusThe last phone call I received was from MsPaula D*** my loan officer, who said that the my loan was still in underwriting

I bought a houseWhen I shopped around the rate, Chase persuaded me to switch from *** *** because they said they could match the rate of *** *** Then I locked the rate 3.5% ,years fixed, 0.25% points from Mar to May I confirmed with Chase: the rate is 3.5% and the points is 0.25% if I close before or on May

More terribly, At the middle of April, Chase told me my credit report expired and they need to repull my creditAfter repulling, my credit score and my husband's score dropped points

This was absolutely the worst mortgage experience everI have purchased and refinanced 20+ houses and this is the worst ever They are the slowest at processing loans and after months of waiting after I was approved, they never did get my refi done I had to go elsewhere after waiting months The worst part is I had the loan originally with Chase and thought it would be an easy process to do a simple cash out refi, Well totally opposite unfortunately I would recommend shopping elsewhere and using a different mortgage company unless you are in no rush

In April 2017, Chase Mortgage used the monies in our escrow account to complete our mortgage I only just now found out that Chase, who was supposed to be taking care of our insurance premium and county taxes, did not pay our taxes (which had been due December 31, 2016) leaving us, without any knowledge, in arrears This resulted in our property being placed in a lien sale It was Chase' RESPONSIBILITY to pay our taxes while holding our mortgage They didn't even give us the courtesy of letting us know the payment had not happened And now, I have to clean up a very expensive mess and could have lost ownership of our house as a result!!
