I sold my home property address of * *** ** *** ** on 11/30/and the closing attorney was *** *** *** ** *** * *** *** ** ***Their office wired the payoff amount to Chase on 11/and we used the proceedes to purchase a new home on that same day, meaning the funds were accepted by Chase However Chase took out an additional mortgage payment on Dec6th after the mortgage was paid offThis was an FHA loan so if we had not paid off the mortgage by 12/1/they would have been entitled to an additional payment However, our payoff quote from Chase was good until 12/1/and the closing attorney paid it on 11/We had until 6pm on 12/1/to do soTherefore we are seeking Chase to reimburse us in the amount of $which was wrongly taken from us

Chase has, on numerous occasions, failed to pay my property taxes from my escrow account I often receive delinquent property tax notices from my township This is ongoing for many years I once had my property placed on the sheriff's sale list because of Chases' inability to follow the contract we have where I pay into escrow and they pay my property taxes I called Chase on many occasions to correct the problems but they continue with their in ability to manage their finances and pay my property taxes on time Its gotten to the point where my township expects this to occur each tax due date and the tax office will call me on my cell phone to inform me Chase failed to pay again
I have excellent credit (well above 800) and never have missed any sort of payment for anything Chase's continued poor customer service is the reason I recommend to anyone I know or even hear talking about purchasing property or a house to never obtain a mortgage with Chase

I have had a mortgage with Chase since I purchased my home back in I refinanced it once in The 2nd time the mortgage was about 3/of the original 1st mortgage amount and was paid down with cash I have paid additional principal on this current mortgage until my balance is less than 78% of the new mortgage amount I should not be paying "private mortgage insurance" anymore
I asked it to be removed and they want my to pay for an appraisal to make sure my home is in good shape
I am not going to pay that fee since my remaining balance is less than 1/of the original purchase price and the current balance owed is less than 78% of the 2nd refinanced mortgage price

I mistakenly made an extra mortgage payment this month so I called Chase customer service on July to ask that the 2nd one be returned to my BofA checking account After much time, I was told that Chase could not do wire transfers between banks for this (hummm) and would have to cut a manual check A few days letter I received a letter dated July from Chase saying they had reviewed my request and had sent my funds to BofA but could take up to days (hummm) Still not receiving my money, I called Chase cust service again on July and they said they had sent the money to FISERV and they had done all they needed to do And couldn't provide me with any kind of tracking/transaction number Still not receiving the money today, I again called Chase cust service, was told they could escalate to a manager, I waited over minutes and finally hung up I don't know if Chase is totally incompetent or purposely holding my money but it is my money and I want it immediately Thanks

I recently had a Mortgage with Chase from to April 2018- I was never late once on my Mortgage or my credit cards with Chase
the account # was ***I recently refinanced my home and the loan was supposed to be funded by March 15, when that did not happen on the I called to inquire if I should make my payment or if the could wait till the loan funded, I which time a very nice representative told me that she saw their was a transaction pending and I had been an excellent customer and told me she would waive the late fee and not too worry about making the payment
Subsequently the loan funded April 4th at which time Chase took back the late fee in Escrow and reported a day late on my credit report which knocked my credit score down pointsI have written letters to the Credit Research department but they have not bothered to look into my claim and have sent me the sane form letter twice that the payment was late and that is thatThey have dismissed my request t
