I filed bankruptcyChase gave me an amount to pay, which included back payments and fees, to make the loan currentI paid the amount in fullIn July I pay off my mortgageChase is trying to charge me fees again because of the bankruptcyI made a series of calls and have had many conversations with the customer centerOn or about March 17th, I had a conversation with Veronica C***, escalation managerShe verified, after checking with legal, that I in fact had paid all fees do to the bankWe agreed that I owe, and am willing to pay $to cover payments that were shortI did not request for Chase to make up the shortageThe shortage was approximately $that accumulated to $I requested an invoice so when I went to pay the bank would know the reason for the payment and I had a recordUpon requesting an invoice Donald M*** on April 13, stated that Veronica was wrong and I owed more than $I requested an invoice and a delineation of what he spoke

WE have been a CHASE bank customer (including Private Client) for YEARS with both check, savings, safety deposit box and mortgageWe have good credit and ample funds in our accountWe were prevented for the last years to refinance our home since we didn't live in the houseSo we have suffered with a high mortgage rate of 6.35% for the last yearsI still don't understand why since we owned it and paid property taxSince returning to ** in September 2016, we immediately went to the bank to finally refinance at 3.25% locked in rateWe were promised by CHASE that this would take no more than daysNow we are going into the 8th month with CHASE continuing to insist on all sort of private information about us and dragging their feetOur feeling is that they don't want to refinance since it would be a loss in income for the bankSurely this is unethical and perhaps even illegal

They have Blocked my Home Equity Line Of Credit and sent me a letter stating they needed a copy of my credit report showing all accounts current to re-instate the credit line and when I did they sent another letter stating reasons that don't exist on my creditAll of my credit lines are current and have never been late except for when they reported me late for $they never told me I owedI had a $200,credit I used once and paid back the principal and interest the system told me to pay on my online access to find out about a year later that there was another $of interest added AFTER the factAnd a second account is a mortgage on another property shows one time days late because the lender switched platforms and they never processed the automatic paymentJust to clear, Chase had never asked me to get that corrected in order to reinstate the credit line they only asked a credit report showing its current thats why I just sent them a new credit report showing its current

It started with Chase's incorrect Escrow Payment to my Homeowner Insurance Company (Mutual Assurance) Mutual Assurance is required, by law, to send a statement to my Mortgage company (Chase) on a yearly basis, which is what they do Well, even though I have been paying my yearly premiums DIRECTLY to Mutual Assurance for the past years (NOT through Escrow), Chase decided to pay the full amount listed Well, not only was this NOT a bill but the amount Chase paid to Mutual Assurance was 3X more than what I owe on a yearly basis So, Mutual Assurance in turn, sent the entire amount Chase paid them back to me in a check as an overpayment At the time I received the check for the overpayment I called Mutual Assurance to see what happened and they said they received an unsolicited check from Chase for the amount they sent A bit later I received a letter from Chase that they wanted to raise my monthly mortgage payment by almost $300/per month to make up for the negative balance in th

Chase took over a loan for my property in *** ** *** *** ** *** and they applied automatic withdrawn from my bank account without my permissionThe outcome was I paid my monthly payment twice several months in since I was not aware of the automatic chargeI asked Chase to return the extra payment I did for about $14,and they refused to do thatI asked them to show the document where I authorize the automatic payment and they don't have it

I forfeited my home back in and filed a chapter bk that was discharged back in April of in Washington stateAlmost years later and chase still has the home in my name which is screwing me out of purchasing right now! I also work for the feds and this has screwed me out of promotions as well as other job opportunities! I even asked for a deed in lieu back in and the representative told me I needed to give her my employment information as well as income in order to get the deedI told her “it seems as if your putting me in like I want to keep the home.” She told me that this was the process and not to worryweeks later I called and ask for the deed and they told me I just put to keep the home! So the rep lied!!! I need this fixed ASAP because I’m trying to avoid suing! Address at the time: *** *** ** ** * *** ** ***They look to ruin people any chance they getThis is uncalled for!

I talked to someone and was told that I had until April 10th and when I checked my credit report it showed a charge offThe reason the person put a charge off is that I asked her to call me Ms*** and she would not so I hung upThe next thingI see is a charge off on my report

In November 2016, Chase, our mortgage lender made an unauthorized withdrawl from our external checking account, after I previously scheduled our Novemeber monthly paymentOn November 23, 2016, I realized what happened and contacted them to have the unauthorized payment returned to our account, as there were overdraft fees associated with the withdrawl; the funds were returned to our account on November 25, I began the dispute process with my credit union for the overdraft fees on November 23rd, and the fees were later overturned by my credit union, as Chase had returned the funds
When making our Decemeber payment, I noticed it showed that we still owed for November, so I contacted Chase and they advised, both payments were returned to our credit union accountI let them know that we only received one returned payment and they began to investigteOn December 9, our credit union provided us a provisional credit, for the dispute, but the funds have been on hold,

I have attempted for over days to get questions answered concerning my mortgageI have sent e-mails to different people, including to the President of Chase, *** *** and have not received one single response

I sent a early payment in November since they sent me a statementChase bought my loan from ***Chase sent my payment to *** but it took me two weeks and speaking to four different customer service reps to find this out*** didn't have record of this paymentI had to cut another check to *** for November*** finds the check the first week of January and sends the check back to ChaseI have proff of Chase signing for the checkI received a letter from Chase stating they needed more informationSaid my telephone number wasn't correct but when I call in the computer knows my numberThe phone number on the letter is ###-###-####I have called every week for four weeksI call every MondayNo return phone callsI have requested my payment back since they cashed my check The total is over dollarsNo action from Chase and now not returning calls

Chase paid our property taxes late which cased me interest and late fees Numerous phone calls later, I am nowhere
We have our taxes in an escrow account Chase began paying our property taxes late (even though we had more than enough money in escrow) which cost me interest fees and penalties I made numerous phone calls to Chase (Jan5, 2018, Feb, 20, 2018, April 6, 2018, April 9, 2018, April 23, 2018) Unfortunately each time I call, I get someone new and no follow up as he/she promises Each time I call, I also receive conflicting information I am still waiting for an explanation as to why the payments were late and why my account is still not updated with the correct parcel number, etc I continue to get the run around from Chase and this is not right The funds are there and available I am unable to get any clarity from Chase as to why this is happening, nor are they being helpful in getting this taken care of They are keeping me in a blizzard of obscurity wit

Submitted forms to change auto-payment because my bank changedThey changed the payment to the new bank, but because my old bank declined payment three times they cancelled my NEW bank auto payment and said I can't sign up for another months

I initiated a mortgage refinance with Chase in August This refinance had a deal that said there were no closing costs The Chase employee that was working with me was named David Pena This refinance was done poorly from the start and it took four months to complete due to Chase incompetence One of the sticking points was that Chase was trying to charge us for insurance Naturally, since the refinance didn't close until December, there was no sense in them charging me for house insurance since I was paying this during the refinance period Chase then was not paying the insurance through escrow for the first half of the year until I intervened However, I have just received noticed that we are negative in escrow almost $because of this insurance issue Chase is now threatening me with a mortgage increase of $a month due to this

On March 31st of I had an FHA Streamline with another bank, leaving Chase and having the new lender pay off my the balance of my loanChase reported me as days late on my credit report maliciously even though the balance of the loan was paid in full on March 31st and my mortgage payment was due on March 1st of the same monthI have contacted Chase on multiple occasions to have this "fixed" as it has destroyed my credit but they will not work with meMy chief complaint is that I did not make the final payment and they're intentionally holding me responsible rather than fixing the derogatory remark
