I have a mortgage payment with chase.I have escrow(taxes and ins.) included in my monthly mortgage payments monthly that I pay every monthI Received a letter from county that my taxes for *** ** *** *** ** *** ** have not been paid from chase I talk to Chase several times and no answer to why Chase is refusing to pay taxes The county treasurer sent me a notice of tax sale on delinquent property on October 12, 2018..Talked to tax deptat Chase and said they would expedite this info and call in days..Called tax dept and escalation dept ###-###-#### back on 10/29/

I purchased home which was new construction The mortgage was originally held by *** Mortgage who sold it within the first couple of months to Chase Mortgage There was an escrow account for taxes and insurance that transferred to Chase I was instructed to mail my tax bills to Chase which I did every time I received one When Chase did their escrow analysis they determined that there was an overage in the account and refunded the overage to me I contacted them at that time and explained that the original assessment which the taxes were based on was on the land only and that the reassessment would be done and all the amounts would go up They advised met that I had two options and that was to deposit the check into my personal account or use it to pay down my mortgage balance I asked about the escrow shortage that would occur once the house was reassessed and they told me that when they did the escrow analysis again that it would all be adjusted Following that I continued to

I am writing this letter of protest against Chase Bank concerning my home mortgageIt is to my understanding our government tax dollars bailed out Chase Bank in agreement they would help customers like myself
In the last several months I have attempted to apply for mortgage assistance with Chase Bank and have gone to great lengths to save my home and they are unwilling to helpI am in desperate need of assistance being a single mother who has two legitimate hardships this last year
I have produced hard evidence of a divorce and obvious loss of income in addition to a shoulder replacement surgeryI have included documentation of both to Chase Bank with all required paperworkI was awarded our home in the divorce as well as primary custody of my children

I contacted JPMorgan Chase for a mortgage refinance on my house for the purposes of debt consolidation/financial hardship on 6/28/ I had good credit, was able to get a good rate/terms and signed the contract on 7/12/ I was told the process would be completed by end of August or early September at the latest Due to mismanagement by Chase at every level, the refinance had not been completed by October I contacted the loan manager, and worked with him until I had to contact the complaint department In November they attempted change the terms of the contract, change the rate and the load amount I held them to the terms of the then had to contact the VP of the Lending Department at the end of November, early December On December 15th, I was told that my refinance was denied because in the months they were working on it, my credit score had dropped Because of Chase, my credit is now damaged, I have incurred many months of late fees/penalties and missed the Brexit

We had the WORST experience with Chase Mortgage!! Chase dropped the ball during the 11th hour causing us to push back our closing date We were never warned once that there might be a delay or issue with the process The only reason we found out we would not be closing on time (only days prior to closing) was because we called Chase to find out when we would receive our closing document since it was not delivered when promised There was no urgency on their part whatsoever We tried escalating with managers and VP's Our calls and emails were unanswered 95% of the time It was to the point that we almost lost the house because the sellers were getting nervous the sale wouldn't go throughFast forward through the longest week of our lives, we finally get to the closing table, and Chase still had not sent the funds electronically to the title company thus delaying our closing once again!
Two months into our mortgage, Chase sells off our mortgage to Fannie Mae All of that for nothing! We will NEVER use Chase Mortgage again and will continue to urge our family and friends to go elsewhere We strongly advise you find another mortgage company too!

Escrow analysis was completed on my property February 6th with a surplus of 7,to be refunded with DISBURSEMENT TO MORTGAGOR completed on February 7th On February 9th called to check status and see if they could direct deposit the funds into a chase checking account was told yes would be there in few days On February 21st funds were reabsorbed by Chase called and was given explanation account under review with no reason as to why Called back multiple times was told originally day SLA then then day SLA for ticket created Was given Monica U*** as an escalation manger day ticket time frame has breached and still no update or refund on funds as of 3/14/over a month since original date of disbursement
