The situation and basis for such compliant with Chase is described below
In March I changed my current home loan provider from *** *** to JP Morgan Chase The reason for changing home lending companies was because Chase offered a special program whereby if the borrower (in this case, *** *** ** ***, primary residence at *** *** *** *** ** ***) elected to use Chase for its home loan, then Chase would provide a special $credit to my account This special program was a special incentive for borrowers to use Chase To qualify for this special program, the customer would need to be (i) in the program before the end of August 2018, (ii) use automatic loan payment from chase and(ii) elect to receive paperless account updates on said home loan Mr*** agreed to all of this and our first automat

We have asked for a paper statement for the last four monthsthey keep saying it is in the mailEverytime I go to bank I have to pay a driver

I have spent the last days going back and forth with Chase attempting to get my escrow account updated as they made a huge mistake and double charged me for school taxes
I have called Chase a minimum of times micro-managing through every step of the process and have already had to request one mortgage payment update due to the pathetically slow service I have requested multiple escalations through their process and spoken to numerous agents who insist it will take days before anyone will resolve my issue each time, and each time I call back and the issue is still not resolved

This company has been harrasing me over a person I don't knowI have contacted their poor excuse for customer service reps several times
I am filing a complaint agaist this company because I'm sick and tired of being harrasedThey continue to harrass me multiple times a day over a person named (Conrad C*** or C*** not sure how it is spelled as the machine doesn't spell the names out)I have tried contacting them several times and I have stayed on the life after the harrasment calls to tell them that theres no such person and they DONT STOP CALLING
They are calling to collect a mortgage debt - I don't have a mortgage with this company so I don't even know how they got my number
Their reps are very unprofessional, bouncing people around when I'm just trying to get these people to STOP HARASSING ME

I applied for a home loan and paid them $Good Faith money that would have gone towards the closingHowever if declined, I was told by the loan agent Tiffany B***, NMLS ID #***|, that if declined, I would get the $returned to meIt has been over weeks since I was declined, and I have not been refunded my $

Chase keeps misapplying my payments and mis billing me, resulting in late payment chargesDespite several long phone calls, it has not been resolved
For the past several months Chase Mortgage keeps applying my payments to principal instead of interest, resulting in multiple $late feesDespite several long phone conversations in which they say it's been resolved, it has not
In addition, Chase Home Equity bills me a certain amount, then when I pay that amount, it says it was insufficient and charges me a late fee
I have documents that show exactly when payments were made, when late charges were assessed, when attempts to fix the problems were made, and when the problems repeat themselves over and over again
It is definitely a clerical or computer mistake that they are completely unable to adjudicateAnd they keep saying they'll take care of it, but the problem continues
The customer reps I spoke to on October said completely conflicting things as

I recently changed insurance companies for my homeThere was a little bit of a crossover and Chase paid both companiesThis caused them to do an escrow analysis in my account in February of 2017, six months earlier than normalThis caused me to be $1,short in my mortgage and my payment to go up $per monthAs soon as I got the refund check from the previous insurance company I turned over the check in the amount of $1,The entire amount was applied to my escrow account and still my payment did not changeI called them and they said I was approved for a month spread of the difference but it only lowered the payment by about $so my monthly payment was still $higher per monthI have disputed the escrow analysis and stated it should be done in August per usual and given the circumstances and my dispute was deniedI have not been given a full year to make good on my escrow and feel I would not be this far behind had they done the analysis at the date of Ju

years ago my home mortgage was modified, the agreement took $36k that was in arrears and set it as a 2nd lien secured by HUDWe are now looking to do a cash out refi and need a payoff quoteI was advised that the 2nd lien needed to be satisfied with HUDWhen I contacted HUD, they explained that Chase Home Mortgage did NOT file the lien with HUDThis is the step they missed back when the modification was done Once Chase has filed the partial lien and HUD has record of it, they can issue me a payoffThe problem is Chase is dragging their feet to resolve this error and I have already lost one locked rate and I am in peril to lose another….each time my rate is increasing and I am incurring cost due to their mistake

I was involved in a refinance of my mortgage through Chase and because they wouldnt take my check or credit card over the phone and I had to obtain a money order in the amount of and then mail it to them They cancelled the agreement and returned my money order and not only are they trying to foreclose on my residence but have sent the money order back stating that it is not enough to bring the account current

I have been a chase customer for years as well as had my mortgage with Chase for those years My payments have NEVER been late, delinquent or even used the day grace period I refinanced my mortgage in October with *** Home Loan in Phoenix, AZ and the loan closed on October and was recorded by title on October This I have no control over and I did my diligence through the entire process with signing forms and making myself available for a smooth process I have submitted a dispute through Chase on several occasions and it has always came back as no amendment needed It's not like I was a bad customer and this was a regular thing In fact I was told on my many calls that if it was done by October it wouldn't have been reported day, really????? I have already reviewed my credit reports via Credit Karma and there is nothing wrong with them I should not have to obtain this report for Chase and they should not be able to arbitrarily allo

I was granted a conditional loan for my home refinance and when I inquired about why I was not given an acceptable answer therefore I escalated it at which time I was still denied any info because they claim privacyHowever I am the co borrower and submitted all the same information as the other co borrowerAnyway I completed most of the requirement despite not being to as to why (since we are not selling the home just refinance)Then to be told that my loan was dropped without notice (the way I found out is when I submitted the requested documents) I am asking that my loan application be refundedAS it was a horrible experience
