A mortgage short-sale Chase completed on a property with my ex has significant irregularities in the paperwork Although on the mortgage, Chase completed the sale without providing me with any communication to my mailing address, without requesting any information from me and without a Quit Claim Deed -- but continues to report the historical delinquencies against me

We have contacted Chase several times this year via letter and phone to request they remove the MIP from the account as it was under 78% of appraised valueBecause our case number is before June 3, 2013, the MIP is to be cancelled when the loan reaches 78% of original valueWe have send several written requests as required by lawThe original appraisal was $185k, current is $250kThe balance is $140kChase is committing by fraud by not cancellingThis is our last step before hiring legal counselWe have even offered to pay for Chase to do its own appraisal
