I was approved for refinancing of my home with Chase, who I currently have my primary mortgage with I was promised and approved for a rate of 3.5% When Chase realized I wasn't going to take more money out and was a single woman, they dragged their feet and kept trying to find different excuses to not honor the refinancing After my house was appraised, they even went back to the appraiser and had him change the appraisal to be conditional on some repairs, which in the original appraisal he wrote, it was not conditionally Chase did tell me on a recorded line that they went back and asked him to relook at the house and to make it conditional on the repairs I have been in this process of refinancing with Chase since July and now in November they are saying I have to have my house painted before I can get the refinancing? I was forced to withdraw my application because it is unrealistic to get a house painted in November in the Seacoast of NH I have mounds of e-mai

I applied for a mortgage refinance The first loan estimate I received was not close to the original request Consequently I called to speak to servicing personnel who did not return call for hrs I called the loan manager and have never received a call Both subsequent calls went to voice mail and both calls informed me they would be available on Nov However when calling the rep told me his manager was not available until today When he was informed that was today I got transferred to another Supervisor The last Sup I spoke too was helpful, I went so far as too ask for the Managing Director who I have received several offers to call for updated info I was informed she does not take single calls or complaints

Here is a high level overview
On May 26, 2016, I spoke to a Chase representative regarding my desire for a Repayment Plan to stay in my homeI was advised that the only way to be considered for a Repayment Plan was to submit an application for mortgage assistance

In a letter dated June 4, 2016, a Repayment Plan and a Forbearance Plan are listed under the "Possible Mortgage Assistance Options" available to me through Chase
On June 28, 2016, at the request of Chase Mortgage, I submitted additional supporting documents for the mortgage assistance application package
On July 21, 2016, a Chase Mortgage Representative called to get answers to two questions that came from the underwriter

I recently purchase a home through Chase bankWhen I went through the pre-approval process, I asked my loan officer, Adam S***, if we were required to have an impound on our accountHe advised that we were not as we were putting more than the minimum down payment on the accountI advised and confirmed with him we were requesting no impound account for our applicationWhen we got the loan documents, it still showed an impound account while we were with our notary (Evelyn) signing the documentsBefore signing, I called MrS*** and advised of the issueHe said we were not supposed to have an impound and that he would have it correctedThis conversation was even had on speaker with the assigned notary Evelyn in the roomI requested this statement in writing advising this would be fixed, and was sent an email confirming the same by MrS***He advised in order to not delay the closing of our purchase, we would have to request the correction after closingA week after closing I

Loan Mortgage Process
In March 2017, I submitted all requested loan documentation to Chase as requested by Mortgage Banker Eric S*** Unfortunately, my application was not submitted until June At the time, Eric reassured that my loan will be processed timely to meet the escrow closing deadline He and his manager, Tommy N***, both have been informed that there will be a $1000/day penalty if not closed timely The deadline for closing is July 28, As to date, there is no commitment or response that Chase can meet the deadline
This week, I was also under pressure by Chase to change the loan term from years to years I only consented to avoid causing additional delay in closing I do not understand why it would take several months to resolve all loan conditions, especially when I have diligently complied with all requests

chase bank employee and my husband together forged my signature on open ended mortgage document .which is a Deed .I filled a complaint .The investigation specialist never called me I sent her all the papers showing that I never signed those documents.without even calling me or talking to me .she sent me a letter saying there is no unusual activity found .I called her multiple times .there was no reply .I would like to know how they came to this conclusion .I need to see the entire report of her investigation
