Fall of 2015, I ordered a used DSL 100 amp head, along with other items, from an out of state Gutiar Center (GC) and had it sent to a local GC store (Fairfax, VA.) Long story short, I was working with a manager S [redacted] (don't know his last name nor does he work there anymore) for a replacement December 2015. The original stopped working 5-10mins after unboxing. Anyways, picked up the replacement and it was the wrong pedal for the DSL 100H. The uses a 2 button channel/reverb footswitch. The footswitch that was ordered from Marshall as a replacement was a 2 button channel:crunch/overdrive footswitch. I tried exchanging it on 3/12 for a lower value/generic 2 button footswitch but was denied. The two associates that were conversing with each other and trying to help me said "since this was a 'green tag/special order,' we cannot take this back. I placed an order for a guitar multi-effect with added warranty on 12/09/as a Christmas gif, and I am yet to receive my productThe next day after placing my order that was IN STOCK at the time, I got an email from Guitar Center that my product was back orderedI contacted Guitar Center inquiring why the multi-effect was back ordered when it was clearly was advertised as "in stock", but I was not provided with an explanation/reason; instead I was told that my item will be available on 01/09/Disappointed as I was for this will not be a Christmas gift, I patiently waited for any updates from Guitar Center, until I got an email today 1/8/stating that my item will ship WITHIN THE NEXT DAYS!
