Well, I have 2 problems with Guitar Center as a whole. I took my guitar in for a setup and the employee took my info and guitar, then told me the tech would reach out to me the following day. I told the employee that I was expecting a high end on-board pickup to be installed in my Larravee L-03 and I would be coming in the next day. I got the pickup and went to the store. I walked over to the Tech counter and he was not present. A manager of some kind came over to help me and it was then that I learned the tech was on vacation. It takes me 45 minutes to drive to the store. Wow, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Just how long were they planning on keeping my guitar before someone tells me the tech is not in house, "he's on vacation" . I asked for my guitar back since I need it for gigs. Thanks to this another music store got my business that day! And Previously I purchased a used Line 6 POD300HD from the Burmingham AL store through the Hobart Indiana GC Store.

I ordered a product from guitarcenter.com that was never delivered to the Guitar Center store I wanted to pick it up at. I called the store I was to pick it up at and was told they would investigate and contact me. that never happened. I called the customer service number after about a week of waiting and was told by TSR A [redacted] ###-####-####, Option 5. I bought a guitar amplifier from the GuitarCenter.com on 12/16/2015 ORDER# GC10637651 The product started partially malfunctioning 3/18/2016 (one of the two tubes of the amplifier is dead, very unusual for a new amplifier). I contacted the support on line chat service of the company to explore the available options to get a solution. The representative informed me there is nothing they will do since the return period of 45 days is due and I did not purchase extended warranty from the store. The representative suggest to take the item to their nearest location to get the amplifier checked and repaired on my expense since I did not buy the extended warranty. Honestly, guitar center has tones of positive site factor, except this one

(considering, the total is about $difference and will received item in person on time)
After the few consideration, we decide purchased from Guitar Center due to the payment solution reason
When I ordered the item, the website indicated it will "available" at Oct 12th,
Considering I'll need it by (Oct 19th, 2016), it will fit the our need on time
On October 5th, I found same item noted "In Stock" online
Therefore, I took advantage to contact their customer services to check my order status
The customer services tried to explain it might caused by system error, and told me that my item will ship out ON-TIME
I told them, as long as it can shipped out ON-TIME, it'll be fine with me
