So I ordered about $worth of equipment, half from Guitar Center and half from AmazonAfter receiving my order from Amazon and making numerous calls to Guitar Center, my order had still not shippedFinally I called to cancel my order and change it to Amazon and the said it had shippedSo about a week after that, I started getting my packagesAll was there until I opened one of the guitar stands, and it was missing a main pieceI've emailed them times about it and they have said let's set up a returnI don't need to go through the month of returning it and wait for another oneAll I want them to do is send me the missing partStill waitingI'll never buy another thing from Guitar Center, ever!

Bought piano sold as new productWhen opened at home found that packaging had been previously opened, the bags on the inside had been opened and the contents including all the cables which were supposed to be included were missingGuitar Center is representing used items as new and is removing items which are supposed to be included

I purchased an Auto Tune Live software download through Guitar Center, not realizing that an additional purchase of an iLok USB key would be required to utilize the software Had I known that I would need to order (and wait for) a separate USB stick, I would have just ordered the actual software package and waited for that to ship This defeats the purpose of being able to DOWNLOAD the software Both the download and the hard copy of the software are advertised at on Guitar Center's website, making it appear as though the customer has a choice of waiting for a hard copy of the software or being able to instantly download it There's no upfront mentioning of an additional $purchase being required for the Downloaded software to work If you scroll down to the specifications section, admittedly it does state that the USB stick is needed; however, if you are not familiar with utilizing iLok (and in my case have purchased other software downloads from Guitar Center that do
