I bought a guitar amplifier from the GuitarCenter.com on 12/16/ ORDER# GC
The product started partially malfunctioning 3/18/(one of the two tubes of the amplifier is dead, very unusual for a new amplifier) I contacted the support on line chat service of the company to explore the available options to get a solution The representative informed me there is nothing they will do since the return period of days is due and I did not purchase extended warranty from the storeThe representative suggest to take the item to their nearest location to get the amplifier checked and repaired on my expense since I did not buy the extended warranty
The product has years warranty from the manufacturer Having such misrepresentation and lack of interest in help to resolve the problems a customer has with a purchase, clearly shows the lack of interest in your business
When I asked the representative to provide me an address where I could send my complaint/request

This company advertises products for sale online After placing order with them they do not communicate anything except an email with order confirmation which also states your product will be delivered in 3-business days When you make contact regarding no item shipped or tracking information provided, they then let you know the item is out of stock and then it take a week to receive a refund This is the second time this has happened to us

I have placed an order for a used DJ Mixer and a turntable on the website The mixer was shipped in a timely manner and I actually just received itIt came not as describedBroken, with tape on the bottom with screws and faders missing Not as the website showed or described (apparently this is "great" condition)
The turntable I originally ordered, was cancelled because apparently when a used item is posted online, by the time someone one orders it and the store picks it for shipping, it can be sold to someone else So the order was cancelled I placed another order for a different used turntable at a different store, and the item never shipped They held on to the funds for over a week before I got fed up and cancelled the order
This is not the way to do business I shouldn't have to be on the phone with guitar center every day to make sure everyone is doing their job Every single Guitar Center I've been to has been absolutely dead so I don't understand why it take

In June, Guitar Center offered a promotion for what is called Guitar center BucksBased on this promotion, I bought a guitar and received in guitar center bucks
I received my certificate on June 13th and it states I had until June 22nd to use themI live an hour from the closest guitar center so I decided to shop on-line

On June 16th I received an email stating the Used Tascam Dr-70D MultiTrack Recorder order was cancelled, so I called the number in the email to find out what was going onI was told to call the store and was given a phone number which I calledThis store said it was based in California and never received an order from me, so I called the main number againI was given another store number with the same resultsOnce more I called them back and was again given a store number,

So I ordered about $worth of equipment, half from Guitar Center and half from AmazonAfter receiving my order from Amazon and making numerous calls to Guitar Center, my order had still not shippedFinally I called to cancel my order and change it to Amazon and the said it had shippedSo about a week after that, I started getting my packagesAll was there until I opened one of the guitar stands, and it was missing a main pieceI've emailed them times about it and they have said let's set up a returnI don't need to go through the month of returning it and wait for another oneAll I want them to do is send me the missing partStill waitingI'll never buy another thing from Guitar Center, ever!

A sales tag describes the contents of the sale falsely

I ordered pianos for my classroom a week ago and I received and e-mail this morning telling me that my order had been cancelled There was no explanation as to why it had been cancelled So I called and they told me that they were no longer selling the type of piano that I had ordered I asked them why they didn't just ship me another type of piano instead of cancelling the entire order and they told me they weren't at liberty to do so I told them that since I worked for a school and it was the end of the year, I wouldn't be able to place another order because the time for that had cut off I asked them again to just ship me something else and to use the money from the original order and they continued to tell me no So now my students are without pianos for next year because they waited so long to let me know that they aren't selling a product that I was able to order off their website

I purchased a used Peavey IPRpower amplifierWhen I received the amplifier, I set it up and turned it onOne channel (A) was making a loud "hissing" sound with no signal applied to the amplifierAfter a few moments, there was the distinct smell of something burningI immediately turned the amplifier offI waited about minutes and tried again with the same results

I order a Casio Keyboard Orange and a Yamaha PKBBKeyboard Bench which came as a set for my grandson for Christmas online The advertisement states order today receive by Christmas So, I ordered the items and the next day I get an email saying that product is out of stock I get an Email today saying that the item is still out of stock and it does not have an ETA as to when I would be receiving the items I would like a refund or items that are compatible so that my grandson can receive his Christmas gift(see below)

Item I had purchased in the early morning of Friday 8/31/was sold to another customer after I had already completed the sale/purchase The item was a Peavey Renown Guitar Amplifier I was not notified until 9/3/that my order had been cancelled, when the item should have been well on its way to me by then The store made the conscious decision that it was easier for them to sell it locally then to ship the item, so my order was cancelled I called the store asking for proof and timestamp of this other sale (so I could see if it was purchased before I closed my sale), but they would not provide me with that information

As for new gear they have great deals but a recently purchased used amp in "excellent" condition turned out to be very dirty, the on light did not work and the sound would go up and downI have called several times and was told the store manager from where it came in Palmdale, Ca from would call meHe only did call after I had called a 3rd time and he was called by customer serviceI was told by customer service that this was a previously returned amp that the condition had not been updated to poorAs for a resolution I was told he would refund it and also refund my shipping which should be a no brainerI was also told he would take 15% off a new ampBig deal, I get the 20% off coupons all the time and the time I will waste going to a store to return it isn't worth itSave yourself some trouble and shop elsewhere if you are looking for used gear

I made an order last Tuesday(6/10/2018) that was cancelled and hour later, due to the store the order was coming from didn't have a repair techNow the next morning(6/11/2018) I checked my account and the funds from the purchase where released to me, but when I checked again later in the day the funds where removed again like guitar center reran my cardI called the next day and spoke with one rep that told me that the accounting team was looking into it and would call me by the end of the dayI also called my bank to make sure it wasn't a glitch on there end and I was then informed that guitar center never cancelled the chargeThen called a second time that day to relay what I learned from my bank to help resolve the issue, again I was told I would get a call at the end of the day and it would be fixed by thenNever got a phone callI called again for the 3rd time that Friday(6/12/2018) on my break at work relayed all the info again, and asked to be emailed or called, and again
