I placed an order for a guitar multi-effect with added warranty on 12/09/as a Christmas gif, and I am yet to receive my productThe next day after placing my order that was IN STOCK at the time, I got an email from Guitar Center that my product was back orderedI contacted Guitar Center inquiring why the multi-effect was back ordered when it was clearly was advertised as "in stock", but I was not provided with an explanation/reason; instead I was told that my item will be available on 01/09/Disappointed as I was for this will not be a Christmas gift, I patiently waited for any updates from Guitar Center, until I got an email today 1/8/stating that my item will ship WITHIN THE NEXT DAYS!
My pain now that I cannot accept a refund because I simply cannot find this multi-effect anywhere else for the same price, so a refund of my money is a double loss (not getting what I paid for, and having to pay more to get it from somewhere else)

On June I went into guitar center to sell some equipment to fund a purchase I was offered around after hours of waiting I decided to take it after the manager approved the purchaseAfter a few more minutes something happened to the computer and they had to re input all the prices when the next manager came over she changed all the prices to bring to total down to Then she asked if I was alright with the total like I was going to be happy about the dollar change

About two years ago I placed an order GCWbut then I received a call from local store saying that they only have that guitar for demo so I cancelled that order at store(Indianapolis north store)Now it's been almost two years, my wife's credit card keeps showing a $pending charge from guitar center I contacted guitarcenter.com and was told that the order is still active at their Rockville, MD store and I have to call them to cancel itI called and the staff was helpful but they told me that the order is shown as cancelled at their end and they cannot do anything to help and they suggest me to call guitarcenter.com againI don't know what I can do

During the Christmas holidays Guitar Center had a two headphone package deal which was normally sold at $for $It was about two weeks before ChristmasSo mom paid for it as it as going to be for the both of us After watching the progress they said that it would be available and shipped just before Christmas Christmas came and went then they said it would be Jan12th That came and went then suddenly they don't carry that product anymore?! I purchased an Auto Tune Live software download through Guitar Center, not realizing that an additional purchase of an iLok USB key would be required to utilize the software Had I known that I would need to order (and wait for) a separate USB stick, I would have just ordered the actual software package and waited for that to ship This defeats the purpose of being able to DOWNLOAD the software Both the download and the hard copy of the software are advertised at on Guitar Center's website, making it appear as though the customer has a choice of waiting for a hard copy of the software or being able to instantly download it There's no upfront mentioning of an additional $purchase being required for the Downloaded software to work If you scroll down to the specifications section, admittedly it does state that the USB stick is needed; however, if you are not familiar with utilizing iLok (and in my case have purchased other software downloads from Guitar Center that do
