We have researched and found this modem was returned and the credit was applied to the account on 12/*/We have also credited the balance left on the account for this month to get the account back to even.Sorry for any inconvenience

Field technicians have worked In the area and made repairsThe SNR and CER issues which have now been resolved and have indicated that the problems the customer was experiencing should be fixedAfter speaking numerous times with [redacted] , she reports service has much improved, but she still seems to be having some intermittent issues We have on separate occasions made appointments with her to gain access to the property, in an attempt to have a senior tech correct theses remaining problemsUnfortunately [redacted] has cancelled these appointments and is refusing to grant access to our techniciansSadly there is nothing further was can assist this customer with without her cooperation.If she would like to set up an appointment for a technician please contact us on [redacted] ***Thank you [redacted] ***

Issues were resolved after I visited the Rantoul, il officeThe young woman there was of great help and was able to resolve my issue

Stacy,I do apologize for your account being disconnectedThe reconnect fee will be removed and I will also give you a months worth of service I do not understand why the disconnect was put in it was in due to moving to a non-serviceable area.Again I do apologize for the issue and the time out of service

I have reviewed the customer letter and the account and I have learned that the service issues have been resolved on June The service manager has issued the requested credit on the account ledgerThank you for the opportunity to respondI consider this matter closed

This is from the Manager in the area.I was there myself on 10/*Found no issues with signalsAll cabling from ped to modem is newFound one bad fitting in living room wall (crimp on) that we could not change because cabling is behind sidingWe did not find any errors or noise on this line or any otherTold subs wife we need to change that fitting but they would need to get an approval letter from their landlordWe swapped out both the DVR and HD box just to cover everythingThere was a T/C scheduled on the [redacted] that was cancelled/ rescheduled now to the [redacted] because sub was not at home for callWe need a letter from your landlord to get the fitting changed behind the siding

I have put the job in for 10-**-Schedule Time is between and told them to make the last call of the day if possible I do not show any nights or weekend opening and it goes into November.I will have them call the number ###-###-#### before they come to your home They may also try to call and move the trouble call up

Tell us why here...We are sorry for your intermittent issues however in reviewing your account there have been no scheduled trouble call to resolved these issues There is a notation of someone calling in on on HSD intermittent issues and the customer was offered a trouble call but declined We cannot issue credit to an account until we know there are issues to resolve If the customer is wanting tech visit please respond Until then, this is resolved

Early term fee has been removed from account will be receiving a refund in the mail in to weeks

The [redacted] of the contracting company has met with [redacted] on several occasionsThe home [redacted] is stating that we did damage that can be visibly and clearly seen on a [redacted] street view shot from 2009, that is roughly years ago that shows the same crack he is trying to accuse them of doing just month prior to his complaint dateThey are still discussing but might be heading to an insurance claim to see if the insurance company wants to fight it or pay out for it
