Yes, I did speak with Lee. He said he would be out of town for weeks. He did call and go over what credits I would receive ( the monthly bill was already withdrawn from my bank account before anything was fixed), but I have yet to see anything in writing. The problem with the control page still exists where I cannot monitor my monthly network usage or see who is logged in to it. He said he contacted Mediacom and was told "We are aware of technical issues in the area and are working on correcting it." At this time, I cannot say all problems have been corrected

On December 30th I called Acadian BECAUSE MY FATHER WAS HAVING A HEART ATTACK, DAILED LIKE TELL YOU TO DO IN THE MEMBERSHIP PKG A RECORDING COMES ON TELLING YOU TO PRESS A NUMBER ON PHONE KEY PAD OF WHAT PARISH YOU ARE INI PRESSED THE # OF THE PARISH I WAS IN THEN AFTER I DID THAT A RECORDING COMES ON THAT YOU COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND"REMEMBER MY FATHER IS ABOUT TO DIE!!" IT SAYS HOLD A DISPATCHER WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY !! TO MINUTES HAVE NOW GONE BY!! I HUNG UP CALLED FOR EAST ***THEY PICKED UP AFTER RING AND WERE AT MY HOME IN MINUTES NO JOKE! I'AM CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY TO SEE WHAT ACTION I CAN TAKE AGAINST ACADIAN FOR THEIR UTTER NEGLECT AND FULL REFUND OF MY MEMBERSHIPDO NOT EVER GET SUCKERD INTO JOINING THEIR SERVICE!!!! We called Mr*** and learned that we had not previously had a technician out to his home, so we've scheduled a technician for
this Saturday (9/26/15) to go out and replace all his home wiring and confirm that his phone service is stable

Attached is a copy of your statement showing how the payments were made. The only way you can get that payment reversed back to you is to dispute with your bank

I did receive a call from *** and I indicated that at the moment my internet was working, but it intermittently comes and goes, so I cannot agree that everything is fine until some time has passedHe also indicated that a technician would come out and check or all my external connectionsIn your response, you have not indicated if this occurred or notIt needs toI also wanted compensation for months of either no internet or extremely slow, unusable internetYou have not responded to that either

Attached is is a *** street view from that shows the same crack that *** *** is referring to. We did not cause the damage he is alleging to. He also states that we hit his 1" irrigation line under the driveway yet he never saw any additional water coming thru the crack in his driveway or running water anywhere. A broken 1" line would have running water to a point of it being noticed. When asked for his documentation on the alleging damages we caused he would not give them to *** *** and would need to talk with his attorney first. The sod damage was replaced. We have resolved this issue to the state it was prior to the utility work. This is resolved

The information by Mediacom is incorrect. I agree to the calls, however, I did not cancel any of those calls. In fact, here are the breakdown on the calls.After installation: call #1, within a week of install: TV is going in/out of service, snowy. They will send a technician out, It was about weeks later. The Tech went over everything and said the boxes must be bad, so he would order new boxes. He left, still no TV service.Call #2, After a period of time, we did not receive any boxes in the mail. I called to verify if the boxes got ordered. NO, they did not, so the customer service person ordered the boxes and set up a return visit.Call #3, The technician came out to install the new box. He was at my home up until 9pm. He left, still no TV service.Call #4, the next day, when no one showed up and I had not heard from anyone from Media Com, I call back. This is where on of my Tech problems was resolved on the phone. The Technician went over a couple of items and had me do some of the things. She had me change a code number on the box, I got TV. Call #5, weeks later, out TV went back to IN/Out service, snowy and pixilating. We could not watch TV at all. Put in a call, they came out several weeks later and changed some fittings. He also stated that perhaps the Wires coming off the polls/into the house were outdated. He stated he would put in a call to have someone come out to check the wiring.Call #6, Days later, our TV was still pixilating, We could not watch TV at all. We also had no internet services at this time.I called again, and they could not get someone out until November ***. This was a weeks waiting period. That date came and gone, no one showed up. The TV/Internet never got fixed.To sum up, I ordered service in June and by November ***, we still had no TV that we could watch and in October, no internet services. When Media Com had NO SHOW in November, I had to start looking for services else where. From the time of set up in July, to November (months), they still could not fix TV services. I had paid for some of the times I HAD NO TV services. I had requested credits during the time and receive credits for some of those times, but not all. Media Com wants me to pay for services I did not receive. They did not come out to fix the TV/internet services in November, but continued to bill me for November, December and JanuaryThis is where there amount is showing I owe. I would like to Media Com to explain to me why they feel it is their policy to bill for services they cannot give to their customers. Again, I am asking them to reverse all services for October, November, December and January.

THIS AMBULANCE COMPANY IS NOT AFRAID TO TAKE PATIENTS MONEYTHEIR CHARGES WERE 3X ANOTHER AMBULANCE SERVICETHIS COMPANY KNOWS THAT WHEN AN ABULANCE IS NEEDED THEY CAN CHARGE WHATEVER THEY WANT BECAUSE IT IS AN EMERGENCY, AND YOU CAN'T PUT A PRICE ON SOMEBODY'S LIFE NEVER AGAINIF THEY SHOW UP, I WILL ASK THEM TO LEAVE AND CALL ANY OTHER COMPANY ON PRINCIPLEWHERE MOST MEDICAL SERVICES WOULD PROVIDE SOME TYPE OF CHARITY, NOT ACADIAN ITS THIER PRICE AND IF YOU DONT PAY IT WITHIN A MONTH, THEY SEND YOU A NOTIFICATION THAT THEY ARE SENDING YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE TO A COLLECTION AGENCY AND RUIN YOUR CREDITHOW INCONSIDERATE WHEN THEY KNOW THAT A PATIENT USUALLY HAS MORE THAN JUST THE AMBULANCE COMPANY TO PAY, BUT ALSO MULTITUDES OF OTHER MEDICAL EXPENSES

I think it wrong for them to charge per person in the same family accident the lady at acadian ambulance try to explain that it a mileage thing and I was only a block from memorial hospital Accident was nov 19,

on 8/** we made contact with ** *** and he accepted a new promotion of : DP local channels +/MB HSD @ $59.98+surcharges+tax, customer has his own modem & starz free, for yr We also waived change of service fees.RegardsMediacom

***,You have to confirm the movies that are ordered. You have to press the OK button to verify the order. There are no free previews on adult movies due to contentThere has been a total of adult movies ordered and for each one you have to press OK and it does tell you the price of
themThere is a icon that says buy which you also have to press. There has been one adult movie credited and there will be no more. I can set your PPV limit to or you can put a purchase code on your box that only you know
