I rarely have Internet connection.
If so it takes literally 30 minutes to do anything.
If I had another option I would call another company.

Due to the customer being a large distance from viable service, Mediacom requires a $2,200 customer contribution in order to provide services. The customer was called back on 3/**/15 by the door to door [redacted], She explained the promotion the the customer and that he was given the offer he was sold. Services were added after the offer that changed the price.

I have spoken to the customer after our technician went out to replace the modem on 4/**/16. Customer states that since then, they have had no further issues with services or speeds. The account has also been credited $97.42 in credit in relation to these issues. Thank you

Jason,I do show the $195.08 did go through before the 95.08. We cannot refund the first one that went through. I do believe you can dispute it with the credit card company.
