Client is allowed to reschedule trip. An email was sent to the client providing further instructions on how to reschedule the trip.

The redemption code is 100% of the value of the affected journey. At this time, we are unable to honor your request of a refund.

I've made three or more purchases from SD Bullion in the last six months and each time they have come through as advertised and have never dissapointed me. One transaction involved them purchasing a gold coin from me as trade value on another purchase. For such a complicated transfer with insurance etc, it all came off without a hitch. They're prices are always fair and their service is tops.

Please provide us with a reservation number to better assist you.

So 9/12/16 my friend and her kids needed to catch a bus to Detroit. Departure time was 1300/1:00 pm. We were on our way I received a email 20 mind before we arrived that a windstar bus lines will take over instead of megabus.Well this is Chicago and 12 to 3pm traffic is crazy.We made it there by 1.We saw a megabus but it was to Cleveland.Megabus was called we were told the bus was running behind because of the switch. So we waited and waited. Still no business tor Detroit until one of the other drivers notified us that he saw the bus on the way to Chicago and that the bus left already. We called to see if we can reschedule my friend and her kids we were told no and we will have to pay an additional $123 in order to get them on the next bus at 7am. What I don't understand is why can't she switch her unused ticket for the next day. Megabus should communicate more better than what they did.
