I have a filed a mail fraud claim through the [redacted]. Mercari is incorrect regarding the...

transaction. This item was never shipped out at all and I hold them legally responsible for not following up on my dispute promptly. According to the US postal service, the seller only uploaded the shipping label and never once shipped the item out. I am waiting on the post office to contact me back to pursue charges pending an investigation. Mercari should never allow this happen. This person stole from me. They took my money and ran. Mercari has yet to ban this member from their site. This is highly illegal and should not be tolerated whatsoever.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I never traded or intended to trade anything with my customer. The same response that [redacted] received from Mercari was the same response that I received when I got in contact with them. First of all I believe and I feel it's stupid if they suspend some ones account for saying a word "Replace"  or "Exchange" . I have contact [redacted]. Because I want mercari to remove my Warning because I never Traded anything. Let me explain my case again. I had an item listed for sell in mercari a customer from Mercari wanted to buy my merchandise I sell High end Cosmetic from [redacted].My customer ask if it was possible to exchange the item from a different listing that I had in my closet,  Since I have a variety of items listed. I had five items under the same listing because it was a LOT. My customer didn't wanted one of the items that I was selling in the listing and she ask me if she could traded for a different one in my closet She and I mention the words exchange and trade because she and I couldn't find a different word to communicate each other. After, she proceeded with purchasing the items worth $168 we both received a message from Mercari from the automatic Machine saying that our account was suspended for 24hrs and that it was our FINAL Warning after second one if we receive a third Warning they will Remove, basically Delete my account forever.  All I want is Mercari to remove my second Warning because I believe it's unfair. I tried so hard to explain to them what happen and there isn't a way to get someone from a higher team from Mercarie to  help me. Right now my account is not suspended because it was only for 24 hour, but if I get another warning I will get deleted. The reason why I don't stay quiet it's because I believe it's unfair the way I got a warning. All I want is mercari to remove my warning from my account I've been receiving so many messages from them saying Final warning when I'm not doing anything wrong. All I do is sell my merchandise make my customers happy anf that it. I need a better response from Mercari.Every time you contact them they tell you the same thing over and over its very frustrating. Also about there automatic machine. What they said is false because they do have a automatic machine not a real human sending you warning and responding to customers inquires. If you need support a real person contacts you 5 days later. It's ridiculous! Please help me get my Warning Removed from my account I really appreciate all the help that I'm getting from [redacted]. The buyer did not inform us of any defect in the item until after their return request was denied. The initial reason provided was that the wrong item was purchased. 
 
As a one time exception we have refunded the buyer in Mercari...

for further assistance, the tracking for this item provided by the seller, who elected not to use our prepaid label, shows that the item has been in transit since 6/12. 
 
For item id [redacted] "LOWEST PRICE! [redacted] w/ Bands & Access." we show that this transaction was completed on 6/26 and funds were released to the seller at this time.

This transaction was canceled on 6/16/2016. The buyer has received a refund in the original form of payment. It can take around 5-7 days for the funds to appear back in the account.
Mercari considers this case to be resolved.

According to Mercari’s Terms of Service Article 2. User Registration; Account Information: Users “are only able to register for one account.” It also states that “Mercari may choose in its sole discretion not to approve your account registration if:… (iii) you have had a previous Mercari account...

terminated or suspended; or (iv) Mercari otherwise determines that your account registration would be inappropriate.”
After multiple breaches in the user agreement, this user is ineligible for reinstatement.

This user has received several responses to their inquiries through the in-app Help Center. Mercari has determined that this user has abused shipping labels by transacting with another Mercari account.
