Upon reviewing the account I do see that [redacted] signed up for the day trial offer with our products the Metabo Green Coffee and the Metabo GarciniaIt does state on the website and in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order that the trial period starts the day the order is placed and it is the customers responsibility to contact customer support so that we can extend out the trial period or reship the product if necessaryIt also states the prices of our products as well as the trial period informationIf the customer does not cancel out within the trial period once it expires the customer is then billed for the original products received within the trial period and placed on a day auto bill and ship program until the customer does cancel outOur products are only available online and due to quality of our products they are more costly that what you would find in the store as the customer stated [redacted] placed the order for the products on 1/30/and we did not hear from her till 2/27/We are willing to offer the customer a refund if the products are not opened they can be returned back to us for a full refundThe customer would need to email in to customer care so that we can provide the necessary informationIf the products have been opened we are still willing to meet the customer half way and offer a 50% partial refundIf the customer wishes to accept a 50% partial refund then the customer would simply need to respond back stating that they will accept the 50% and we will issue the refund immediately

Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company any "trial" offer, because you will end up paying much higher fees than originally expected While the company may stay within the legal limits of the law, their online practices are very deceptive There appears to be no recourse, and if not satisfied, you will be not be given a refund High $$ lesson learned the hard way!

Two products were ordered from [redacted] The products were promoted as "free Trial offering" Payment for shipping and handling was required, $and $This was billed to our account via our debit card With in business days, a two month supply of each product, $each, was billed to our bank account We did not request these addtional productsWhen I called the customer service number listed on the website and on the bank statment, [redacted] , the call center answering that number denied being VLHealth, and also denied handling the two products ordered

With our products the customer is on a day trial with the products if you decide the products are not for you and cancel within the trial period you are not billed anything further, however if you do like the product and want to continue on the program you are billed after the trial period expires and placed on a day auto bill and ship program till you do cancel outThese are stated in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to when placing the orderThe customer placed order on 3/30/and we did not hear from the customer again until 4/15/when the trial period had expiredIf the products have not been opened then we willing to offer a full refund on those products returned however if they have been opened we are still willing to meet the customer half ways and issue a partial refund of 50% even though the terms and conditions were agreed to when placing the order

Hello, I had called in and signed up for a free trail of the Metabo Garcinia as well as Green Coffee on or about 3/29/The order, which was supposed to arrive within a couple of days, acutally arrived much later than I had expected On 4/13/I noted that I had a charge of reflected on my bank account ($each for the Metabo Garcinia and the Green Coffee) I called the company to inform them that I had wanted the advertised sample only and no further ordersThey informed me I signed up for a 14-day trial subscription which I had received no information on during the initial callIn fact the only interaction I had with the representative, other than requesting the original offer, were efforts to sell me additional products which I declined Fortunately I had not yet opened the products and after a (very spirited) talk with the Customer Support rep about the misleading advertising of their product she stated that I could return the products for a full refund I am going to be returning the items today and will see how proactive they are in refunding the, [what I consider] deceptively, charged funds
