My bank account went into overdraft because of the $you took outMy bank called and was told there's no account in my nameThen twice I called and twice I was told that no account could be foundWhen I asked "What do I do now?" And twice the phone was disconnected because they hung up on me.Most of all, I NEVER heard of this product and I have never received ANYTHING from your businessI have diabetes and I never take any kind of pill that is not okayed by my doctorTherefore I know I never ordered from you.Please send me a refund for this product I have never seen! I tried out the "free" bottles and was under the impression that you only pay shipping and handlingI was not aware that in days, I would be charged $each for those same bottlesI called the company and the lady said that after days, you're actually charged for those "trial" bottlesI told her that their company was breaking the law by misleading consumers with their advertisingShe said she would refund 30% of my chargesI told her no, that I want a 100% refundShe said no until I told her that I'm hiring an attorney and filing a class-action lawsuit against them for advertisingThey immediately issued a refund and sent me a confirmation email stating thisI also called my bank, JP Morgan Chase, and filed a disputeThe charges will be removed but this was a huge hassleThis company is a scamI looked at their terms and conditions and almost at the very end, in extremely tiny print, you can see where it states you'll be charged in days plus every days
I ordered a free trial of two products from this companyThey were advertised as a free trial where I pay the shippingThere was no mention of this constituting the beginning of a contractI happened to later read that it was a scam and found out that the company bills you $per product once a day trial runs outThere was no mention of any of this in their advertisingAfter finding this out on my own I went to the website to cancel my trialWhen I cancelled I was charged $for one productWhen trying to cancel the other product I kept receiving a message of "An unexpected error occurred while attempting to cancel your order" I e-mailed customer support asking them to cancel the second product and have not heard backI also contacted my credit card company about the "cancellation charges" and they said to cancel the products and then dispute the charges with them This company is a scam and is not at all straightforward with their agendaDo not order from them

I do see that the customer signed up for the day trial program on 2/21/In our terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order it does state that the customer has a day trial with the product and if the customer does not want to be billed and placed on the day auto bill and ship program after the trial period expires the customer must contact customer service and cancel outWe did not hear from the customer until 3/08/where our agent did go over the terms and conditions with the customer and cancelled out the accountIf the customer has not used the products and they are unopened we are willing to offer a full refund upon receipt of the productsWe would need for the customer to email us directly so that we can provide them with the necessary informationIf the customer has used the products we are still willing to meet the customer half ways and offer an immediate courtesy refund of 50% on the chargesPlease let us know which option the customer would like to proceed with so we can begin the refund process

LeighAnne B [redacted] ,I do apologize for this and was able to find a resolution for you today I researched the account as see you were provided a return merchandise authorization number to return those products for a full refund I will go ahead and refund you and you can just return the products The refund will be in the form of a check in the amount of $as requested and sent to the address listed above and that is the same address we have listed on file I hope this resolves the complaint today Have a great weekend

I called to cancel this product after being charged a ridiculous fee before I could cancel it The lady on the phone, [redacted] (sp?), was disrespectful and rudeWhen I told her I wanted to cancel the product because it didn't work, she asked me if I was using it correctly and went into the instructions I told her that I had and that I would like to cancel She then proceeded to tell me they could give me a discount I told her that I would just like to cancel the product She said, ok and than told me that there was a $fee for canceling She said it was in their terms and conditions I told her I would like to see where it says that a fee of $is charged for canceling She took me to a page that saidYou expressly agree to honor all charges and fees due in association with this Subscription(s) But it doesn't say how much and it doesn't specify what the charges and fees are for I told her that I am not paying that fee It didn’t specify that there was a fee for canceling and it didn’t specify how much the fees were I told her that I wanted to speak to her manager She told me that her manager does not talk to customers After a little while of us going back and forth about the fee and speaking to a manager, I told her that I was reporting this I asked for her manager’s name - she said it is *** She then said that I was getting worked up so that she would waive the fee Don't some of these companies rip you off enough - why do they need the extra $1.95?

[redacted] We are unable to refunded the second charge due to you calling the bank and advising them you would not pay the charge causing the bank to place the charge in chargeback At the time of the chargeback the bank provided you a credit and removed the funds from our end This is why we are unable to provide the other refunded on the account I apologize for the confusion but once the account is in chargeback we are unable to do anything on our side I hope this helps you understand why we are unable to refunded the other charge Have a great day!Laurren G***
