I ordered the free 14 day trial of skin cream on 1/19/16 and returned it on 1/25/16. Today my checking account was charged $94.90 for the product. After being on hold for over an hour, a company representative gave me a cancellation no of [redacted] . As I was trying to explain that I wanted a credit for the $94.50 ~ he hung up on me! My bank is working to have the debit reversed.
