For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I don't understand why the second refund cannot be made due to "charge back status" as I don't understand what it means.First of all, I did not order those items they forced on me - I merely tried their two "samples" by paying only for the shipping and handling. They did not specify on the online promotion for those samples that by accepting to try those "samples", we were also ordering the products. I most certainly did not order the products

June !stto Oct16th RIP, On 6-1-we hired MrB*** to remodel the bathroom with the request that the floor be level no exceptions, and he replied that would not be a problem in fact he said he could level the room next to it with jacks he had, so we made the dealThe first month was going well, slowly it worsened he came late or not at all when he did show up My wife would make or buy lunch in hopes he would be more productive, he would then leave for an hour come back and many times pack up for the dayI came early and put out things like the saw horses and such in hopes to get some productivity to no avail, if he put in some regular hours and days this may have been done in timely manor but he did not! The bath remodel in general was pretty good however he ruined a brand new marble floor with scratches he told my wife they would go away with the sealant they did not, the claw foot tub he thought the drain hole in the tub went directly to the floor I ask about the overf

How would they like to resolve that issue? I would be happy to provide proof of their causation as my bank is fully aware of their fraudulent charge. They are investigating and I have consulted an attorney.

This business is a shady one at best I signed up for the "free trial" and paid the shipping with my credit card I then noticed that on my credit card statement they had charged me and again for the shipping When I received the package, both products were in the same package When I called them they were very rude on the phone and stated that I had to pay another for the "free trial" when I told them not to charge my credit card they did anyways then when I tried to call them back they were again very rude on the phone, refused to let me talk to a supervisor, and even told me that the supervisor was "to busy to deal with me" Please be very careful with this company, they will charge your credit card, WITHOUT your consent Thankfully the credit card company's fraud team worked with me to get the charges reversed, but it was a hassle all the same

I provided my mothers order #'s on the original complaint. These were shipped to *** *** - *** *** *** **, ***, ** ***. Please use this information to credit the additional amount due $to my other credit card. Please also inform Cellimus that while they did offer to send additinal product, I told them numerous times I didn't want their product. They continually refused my request to credit the amount in full and ignored my concerns about their business practice. I will wait for the business to perform this action and provide a response when the remainder is credited

were happy with. I have reviewed the account as see that back on 11/16/you spoke to Destiny who canceled your account and provided you RMA's to return two products. It looks like those products were never returned so no refund was provided. I ordered two products from a company named Cellumis located in Scottsdale, AZ in May I was only charged $shipping and handling The ad did not indicate that after days you would be charged full price, which amounted to $
which was charged to my credit card in June The following month, July I was charged another $and received no product When speaking with customer service, I was told they had sent out another supply through USPS, which I never received I find this hard to believe since I was away during the time they claim the product was shipped and had all deliveries held by the post office
This company uses deceptive practices and claims They claimed to be an approved DrOz product When I checked his list of approved products, cellumis is not listed
Do not deal with this product The creams do not work and they are scams
