[redacted] , I am very sorry for the confusion when it comes to the trial that was signed up for I do see that you called in and got RMA numbers to return the products for refunds I have went ahead and refunded the charges today as a resolution and you may keep the products if you have not already sent them back I hope this resolves the concern today have a great day!

[redacted] I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused It seems there may have been some confusion when it comes to the trial that was signed up for I completely understand your concern after reviewing the account I see that two of the three charges are in chargeback status with your bank I see that you were refunded 30% of each of those charges that are in chargeback status back on 10/27/ I am unabel to provide any type of refund on those charges due to that status and once a chargeback is filed your bank pulls the funds from our side and provides you a credit What I was able to do is refunded the only other charge in the amount of $in full as a resolutin today I hope this resolves the concern have a great day Laurren G***

I have canceled times and continue to be charged!! I call and they hang up!! I only got their number from another unhappy customer!!
