The product she received was a full size serum, and only paid shipping originally ($4.95). [redacted] offered her a 50% refund on the product and she accepted. Her auto-ship was 100% cancelled and there is no need for her to get a new debit card, we would never continue billing after a customer has told a representative to stop auto-ship. Here are the terms and conditions in question, explained to her via phone and available/agreed to at checkout and online:Terms and Conditions for Trial Customers Cellumis does not sell trial size or sample size products, any products you receive from our company are full sized. trial and were billed after the trial time expired. I am sorry about any confusion when it comes to this product and trial period. I see that you resolution was already provided by on 04/14/2016 and you were refunded in full. I hope you have a good day.
I have reviewed the account to double check the refunds that I processed back on 02/02/2016 and see that I refunded both charges in full in the amount of $89.99 each. They trick you with very small print that I didn't see after I ordered a $5.00 item and then charged me another $94.99 a month later.
BUYER BEWARE! Cellumis is a very deceitful company. In my case, I saw the offer online to try their products for approximately $5.00. I decided to give it a try. Woe be to me, if there was any fine print at this time, I did not take the time to look carefully. When the product arrived, there was no receipt and absolutely no mention of charging for the product after 14 days.
The minute after midnight on the 14th day from Scottsdale, I received an email informing me of charges. Luckily I was living in a different timezone at the time and I was lucky enough to see the email immediately. I called and spoke with a man telling him that for me, it was not the 14th day but the 13th (because of the time difference) and I was canceling my order. He was rude. He was a bully. And finally he hung up on me. I sent emails to the company to that effect.
But, on my next credit card statement, I was billed. I called the company, spoke with a woman who was also rude and also tried every tactic to con me out of money. She would let me have 50% back if..... She would send me extra product..... She could not give me back money.... etc. for a very long time. Finally, she said that if I returned the product I could get a full refund. Luckily I had the products, xeroxed the labels and my letter to the company and shipped it all off through signature/return receipt from the post office.
I returned the products and got a full refund.
I am writing to warn countless other women of this situation hoping they will not have my experience or succumb to the bullying.

Customer account has been refunded already on 8/26/2014 she has no current charges with us and her account is cancelled.
Gentlemen, I have viewed the message received by you on my behalf, I've also received another message from them telling me that they have refunded the $59.95 debited from my acct. As I did not order any such 'special training system', it was an unauthorized debit charge, I will not reply to that company until my acct. has actually been credited with the monies. Please let me know if you would want me to forward the last email I've received from VL, almost the same as the first one yet no credit received up to date. I bought this product due to the advertising that it would help me lose weight. There was no information that lactose, a by product of milk, was in the pills until I had an immediate allergic reaction. No where on the website does it list the ingredients except to say they are all natural. No mention of possible allergens. I've been allergic to milk, not lactose intolerant, since I was born, I carry an epi pen with me due to swelling in my mouth and throat from lactose. It seems that the 14 day trial starts after you order, which left with only days to return these pills. I became very ill after taking them and didn't get them off to the company until after the 14 day trial was over. I did refuse delivery of the other two bottles sent to me and even after I canceled in writing they still kept my money. I was billed $88.95 on February 2015, $89.95 March 3, 2015, $88.95 March 30, 2015, $89.95 April 2, 2015. I contacted my bank on April 14, 2015 and filled out visa disputes. The company responded that the charges were valid, even the two after I had canceled my account with them, return all four bottles to them. Advertise there product to be 4.95 and 3.95-there was nothing that came up saying it was a 14 trial and you will be billed another 89.95 and 88.95 when you 14 day trial was up. You couldn't go back and canceled, called the 800 # and was on hold for over 3 hours (877-734-1286). When I finally just left my number, I was told that I had talked to my bank so they could not help me nor refund my money. I have emails saying they would refund 30% and then 50% and now none, as the bank got involved.
