Dear Revdex.com, please find the information for [redacted] # [redacted] .She agreed to the day trial on 05/07/2014.On 5/22/at 11:29am she called in and spoke to [redacted] ***, she writes that the customer was inquiring about the charges and "I did go over the terms and conditions with herI offered her 30% off then she asked me to show her where it says that online, so I showed it to her and then went over it with her onlineAfter that then she did agree to the refund." Later that day, 05/22/4:pm [redacted] wrote an email stating "I signed up for your “Free Trial” offer and paid the $charge on May 7, I just received an e-mail stating that I originally purchased order number [redacted] on 5/22/for the total amount of $ Along with this, I was “refunded” $off of the $since I was not happy for “missing” your day cancellation of the “Free Trial” offerI do not agree that there was even a price of the product on the advertisement when I signed up for the free trial I was led to believe that I just had to pay the $charge I also did not see any day required notification to cancelI want to clarify that the Cellumis order was originated on May 7, 2015, not on 5/22/ I cancelled the order on 5/22/when I surprisingly received a confirmation for $on this dateI am asking you to refund all of my money, the $remaining since this is advertising I should have been able to trust that “Free Trial” means free trial without any further charges for your product Like other trusting people, I was willing to pay the $charge to try your productSincerely, [redacted] Later, on 05/24/6:am Customer Support responded with: "The trial terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing an order state that you have days from the order date to try the product and if you cancel within that day period you would be billed nothing furtherWe did not receive your cancellation request so we charged the full price days later as agreed to by the terms and conditions.You can see the full terms and conditions by clicking the terms and conditions link at the website or on the order confirmation page, you should have also received an email receipt with a link to the terms and conditions.If the product is not opened and can be returned unused we can issue a refund for that product.However if it is used or opened, we can go ahead and meet you halfway on this and refund back 50% of the charge in the form of a customer courtesy refundAlthough you did agree to the full terms and conditions whenplacing your order we do understand your situation so we are able to process this refund immediatelyPlease reply if you would like us to do thatShe never replied to that email, but did email back stating: 05/26/11:"Please confirm that account [redacted] is closed and no further charges will be made to this account or to [redacted] ’s credit card I do not authorize any further charges or orders for the Age Defying SerumSincerely, [redacted] " 05/27/7:am Customer Support responded: Thank you contacting customer support, We have cancelled any future orders from being sent outShe also called in 05/27/at 01:22pm she called in and spoke to [redacted] [redacted] to make sure she would not be receiving any additional shipments, and [redacted] assured her account is closedWe stand by the original call and email stating the terms and conditionsWe are sorry she is not happy with the 30% refund at this timeShe had to agree to the terms before purchasing the product, and called in and emailed several timesShe agreed to the 30% off with [redacted] on 05/Our terms are stated and as you can see, they are available via email, web, or phone representativeThank you very much for your time

They trick you into day trial for $but don't tell you that if you don't canel befor your days are up, they charge you $+$shippingThey will not refund your money but after deliberating, they gave me a $rebate on my card

The customer placed the orders for two of our products the Metabo Garcinia and the Metabo Green coffeeThe products are on a day trial period and the customer has that time to try out the products before they payIf the customer decides the product is not for them and cancels within the trial period they are billed nothing more, however, if the customer likes the product then once the trial period expires they are billed for the original product and placed on a day auto bill and ship programThe customer placed the order on 2/16/which is day of the trial period and we did not hear anymore from the customer till 3/31/at which time the agent discussed the terms and conditions which must be agreed to before placing the order with the customer and as a courtesy went ahead and cancelled out the account and has refunded the charges on our endThe funds were released as of 3/31/I have provided the transaction id numbers below and the amounts refunded as well- Refunded - $Trans-ID: [redacted] - Refunded - $Trans-ID: [redacted]

The customer signed up for a day trial period which in the terms and conditions it stated that if she did not cancel she would be billed for the bottles she received in trial and put in a monthly subscriptionThe customer contacted customer service and was refunded for the most recent charges without sending back the productsIf she wants a refund for the previous month she can send back the bottles for a refund as long as the bottles are not open; but a refund can not be issued if she still has the productsThe customer has been billed since November of and just contacted us February to cancel her accountIf she would like to return the bottles she can contact customer service to return or respond to this message
This company advertises for a free trial of their product as long as you pay the $shipping charge I signed up to order my free trial After reading some more about this product and company on the internet, I realize I may have been scammed since other internet users were warning that this company automatically signs you up for a pricey monthly subscription So I called the customer service and told them that I only wanted the free sample and not the subscription They said the two were linked and that if I canceled my subscription, the free trial sample wouldn't ship out And so I told her to cancel it When I asked if there would be any charges on my credit card, she told me the $shipping and handling charge was non-refundable and would be billed I thought that was preposterous since nothing had shipped out and I had just placed my order On top of that and importantly, the company did not list ANYWHERE the terms of their deal I found no information on the monthly subscription I found no information on the fact that the free trial was linked to a monthly subscription And there was nothing that said the shipping and handling charges were non-refundable When I told them that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com, the customer service rep put me on hold and after a minute, came back and told me that the shipping and handling charges would be voided from my card (but only because the order hadn't printed out yet) This is a total scam and should be avoided!

Dear [redacted] ,I am sorry for any inconvenience or confusion when it comes to the trial that was signed up for. I did see that you were refunded for some of the charges shortly after placing the order when we refund an order shortly after it was placed it will not ship. I did see... that some of the other charges were not refunded. As of today I refunded the other charges in full as a resolution today nothing will ship as you cancelled prior to it being sent to fulfillment. You will get all your refunds and no shipments going forward. I hope this resolves the complaint today have a great day!
