Thank you for taking the time and I do appreciate what you have resolved so far. At this time there are only 3 of 4 credits to my account:
$14.95
$88.95 and
$89.95

I responded to an internet ad about a risk free trial. The product was sent to me and I had 14 days apparently to try it and then be charged 94.99. The terms are not readily available to read. It is not risk free as claimed. I had 14 days to cancel from the time I placed my order I now read. There is not a way to evaluate a product in 14 days and that was from the time of my order, not when it arrived at my home. I have had it for a week or less and have not even opened it. I tried to cancel the order on Oct. 31 after being sent an email about a billing charge. I placed the order on Oct. 16, so my free trial of 14 days has expired! I am no longer even interested in this product due to the shady and manipulative business tactics. I have called customer service and she read me a script about the unfortunate situation and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was not rude or hostile, she just hung up.

This company uses deceptive advertising. We have all seen it before and will see it again....and here you go. Your "FREE" trial only paying shipping is a lie. It is a free trial period, which of course is not easy to ascertain from the web page. They do cancel your "subscription" that you didn't even know you had but of course they are still charging you almost $100 for that "FREE" trial.

I have reviewed this account as see that one of the two charges are in chargeback with your bank.  Once a chargeback is processed we are unable to provide a refund on that charge.  In an effort to resolve this complaint I have refunded the other charge in full.  The...

I think the "Terms and Agreements" should be clearer and more visible and that the whole thing is very sneaky and corrupt. I begged for my money to be refunded and talked to several customer service reps and they wouldn't even think about it, so the fact that I had to go through the Revdex.com is sad on your business part. My money is now refunded but not until the complaint was filed. I am done speaking to the company and hope no one else is tricked in this way.

Because of company remarks on the internet about other people having a problem with this company, that is they continue to take money out of your account after you cancel your account with them. I closed the account that they have the number for. I will not give them the new account number for the same reason. I prefer that they send me a check they already have my address I know this because when I call them they repeated it back to me.

I think this company has to step up and take responsibility for Shady business practices! I recently saw an ad online for Cellumis which is an anti wrinkle/aging serum for $4.95. It was advertised as a special rate and I went for it. Of course it was too good to be true. Come 2 weeks later, I see a charge on my account for $95 from Cellumis! As you can imagine I was shocked and so I called customer service and kindly asked where this charge was coming from. The lady on the line says "well ma'am that is the charge for the full bottle of Cellumis that was sent to you." I asked her what the $4.95 was and she says "well that's the shipping and handling charge and if you didn't send it back within 14 days of purchase then the full charge was taken from your account." Baffled of course I said "this was never disclosed to me and I didn't agree to it".

Turns out I did! She told me that all of that information (including the $95 charge information) was in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!!

I don't know about you but I've made a bad habit of just checking that box, which I will NEVER do again. But I also think it's absolutely shady business practice to take advantage of people by hiding that kind of thing in the terms and conditions.

Called to request a return authorization for products which were shipped without my express authorization. All most $200 was removed from my bank account without my express authorization. Called for return authorization and was told by rep they "can't and we won't do that"!!!

They then hung up on me!!!

They bate you with a 14 day trial for $4.95 but dont tell you that you have to canelled before 2 weeks is up and they charge you. $25 for shipping and $88.95 for product. When this happened to me, it made my personal account to be overdrawn. I am on a fixed income and this really made me mad. I finally found tbeir phone #, since my transaction was done online, and they would only issue a $50 credit to my account! Still upset, however, I did get some money back! Rip-off. BTW , I found the product in Sam's Club for $18/ bottle.

I apologize that you were hung up on I will review the calls and coach the agents.  I am not sure what you mean by you have not seen the return?  I show the account was refunded by customer care as stated prior the transaction ID so you have proof of the refund will be listed blow. In addition I have refunded all S/H charges to resolve the concern have a great day!
