I apologize for any confusion when it comes to the products that were signed up for. I have reviewed your account and see that you were charged 4 times two of the charges you placed in chargeback with your bank. Once a chargeback is placed we are unable to provide any type...
of refunds on those charges. What I was able to do is refunded the two that were not in chargeback as a resolution today. Please allow 3-5 business days to see those refunds.

This company is a scam.
They advertised a sample product for $4.95 and then they charge your account months later for $88.95 per bottle and swear you agreed to a subscription
I was able to resolve that with my back after being on hold for an hour but now to add insult to injury ....they have charged my account two times $19.95 for some ebook I supposedly ordered
Fighting with the bank again on that one.
By the way to cancel a subscription the automated .answering machine offers to lower the $19.99 subscription rate to $0.99 per month
Cellumis is an internet company that sells eye cream and face cream. I read all of the fine print on the web page. I have seen gimmicks on other web pages where you order and then they charge you a $100.00 if you don't return the product in so many days. I was extremely cautious about this. No where on the web page does it say you will be charged $94.00 if product is not returned in 14 days. I can only assume it must be buried in some paperwork included with your order.

I have a bank statement showing were they did refund it and then took it right back out of my account I went and spoke with my bank to make sure I wasn't looking at it wrong and they also confirmed that that's what happened... I can fax you over a copy of my bank statement....

I saw an ad for the facial and eye creams and was interested in trying them but before completing the online request thought better of it and tried to cancel before submitting. Within a few minutes I received a call that said it would be recorded, a man from Cellumis wanted to confirm my order I said that I decided I wasn't interested and wanted to cancel. The man was irritated and went on saying he wanted to send out the product and talked over me when I said I wasn't interested and to cancel the order.
A few days later I received an unmarked package that said it was from a Fulfillment Center, Scottsdale, AZ. I opened the bag and it was two small bottles of the afore mentioned creams. I thought they were samples and may as well try them.
Today I got online to check my bank account the two shipping charges showed a few days ago and two separate pending charges for the creams $89.99 and $89.95. I called the bank immediately who connected me to the Fulfillment Center. Of course there was no record of anyone speaking with me.
They offered 30% reduction. [redacted] contact was useless as well, stating to take the 30% reduction before the Fulfillment contact, [redacted], hung up and I would owe the entire amount. The conversation was going no where. I countered with offer to pay half which [redacted] took.
After talking with them I went on line to the company web site the two items are available online for $44 each.
VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I ordered two products from a company named Cellumis located in Scottsdale, AZ in May 2015. I was only charged $4.95 shipping and handling. The ad did not indicate that after 14 days you would be charged full price, which amounted to $180
which was charged to my credit card in June. The following month, July I was charged another $180 and received no product. When speaking with customer service, I was told they had sent out another 30 supply through USPS, which I never received. I find this hard to believe since I was away during the time they claim the product was shipped and had all deliveries held by the post office.
This company uses deceptive practices and claims. They claimed to be an approved Dr. Oz product. When I checked his list of approved products, cellumis is not listed.
Do not deal with this product. The creams do not work and they are scams.

You are correct you should see 4 refunds in total back to your account. I did double check our billing system and the refunds were successfully processed back on 11/10/2015 when I responded to this complaint. Please double check with your finical institution to insure you received all 4 now. Below I have provided the transaction ID so you can track them better with your financial institution. I am happy we were able to resolve this issue today have a great day!
