When the customer signed up the trial she agreed to the terms and conditions which stated that if she did not cancel her trial she would be billed for the bottles, I have went ahead and credit her account

This is a huge scam. After you order the trial sample, they enroll you automatically in a monthly program and charge you $94 for the product. When I called and accused them of scamming me they offered to take 30% off of one product. When I threatened to call the Revdex.com, they offered me 50% off and said I should have looked at the fine print. They also use fake pictures that are associated with other products I have seen in doctors offices.

trial times, and had she called in even after the 25th of March she would have been given more time. She would have also been able to cancel.One month later, she was billed again; in the terms it is an auto ship every 30 days. She called in and cancelled it on the 24th of April, for a 50% refund. Aside from the obviously rude customer service as dictated in her letter, she chose to keep two month's worth of products for a discount. She most definitely does have rights to a refund, and she was offered one and accepted one. The gentleman James W[redacted] who was her representative for customer service is now being audited by our company and will likely be terminated if the call want as poorly as she dictated, calls are recorded so it should be very easy to find. We are so sorry for the rude customer service she received. Monetarily, we are unable to refund for a product that the consumer likes and intends to keep, as she did not say there were product issues and chose to keep it. She did receive a 50% discount on the price (and could have completely returned it, as noted in both the customer service notes and her letter). Again, please accept our apologies for the rude customer service. SCAM! Beware they say your are getting a trial for 14 days but it takes longer to get it then that then they will charge your credit card $89.95. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!
Ordered the free serum/eye cream for $4.95 received it and love the product. Next month they remove $ 179.94 out of my checking account, and I received the product. Was upset that I did not know about "auto delivery". I called customer service, told them that although I really like the product I didn't want the auto delivery. She said I could go to every other month or every 3rd month whatever would work for me and I said Great!. I set it up for every 3 months and they offered my a 50% off the products. Since I use and love the products it will now cost $85 every 3 months!! no big deal!.. the customer service person was great...

When you check out, you agree to the trial terms and conditions as well as agree to the shipping charges for the trial. The product she received was a full size serum, and only paid shipping originally ($5.95). [redacted] offered her a 35% refund on the full product price and she accepted. We are very sorry that she did not notice the terms and conditions as posted, but again, this was a free 14 day trial NOT a sample. We do not sell or provide samples in any way. There response just proves they don't even know what the hell they are doing. There response was for a refund I got. They did not even respond to the refund that is missing. I also have stated over and over with this scam of a company that I have all ready taken there phony transaction id to my bank and they have no records of a 75.00 refund. The only refund that shows up in there system is a 74.00 refund. I should have a 74.00 which I received and a 75.00 refund which is awol. Metabogarcin drop the act and give me my refund. All you do is defraud customers and it clearly shows with all the complaints on your file.
