I signed up to received a "free" 14 day sample. I did not sign up for a recurring shipment. Immediately after I ordered the product I noticed on my bank statement that it had "recurring". I contacted them through there contact form on their website saying I did not sign up for any "recurring" shipment and to make sure it was cancelled and to confirm I would not be charged. I checked today and I have been charged again for a product I did NOT purchase. I called and they said they would only reimburse 50%. I asked for a manager and they said that managers do not speak to customers It is against policy. They then hung up the phone on me. I called back and the next representative I spoke to said that a manager would call me back. I have not spoken to the manager yet, but since this is a recurring problem with this company I felt this review is still needed considering how bad of a process it has been thus far.

[redacted]We are unable to refunded the second charge due to you calling the bank and advising them you would not pay the charge causing the bank to place the charge in chargeback.  At the time of the chargeback the bank provided you a credit and removed the funds from our end.  This is why we are unable to provide the other refunded on the account.  I apologize for the confusion but once the account is in chargeback we are unable to do anything on our side.  I hope this helps you understand why we are unable to refunded the other charge.  Have a great day!Laurren G[redacted]

They trick you into 14 day trial for $4.95 but don't tell you that if you don't canel befor your 14 days are up, they charge you $89.95 +$25 shipping. They will not refund your money but after deliberating, they gave me a $50 rebate on my card.

resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I don't understand why the second refund cannot be made due to "charge back status" as I don't understand what it means.First of all, I did not order those items they forced on me - I merely tried their two "samples" by paying only for the shipping and handling.  They did not specify on the online promotion for those samples that by accepting to try those "samples", we were also ordering the products.  I most certainly did not order the products.

I accept the full refund of $121.78 but I never received any products so there is nothing for me to try.

Hello, I had called in and signed up for a free trail of the Metabo Garcinia as well as Green Coffee on or about 3/29/15. The order, which was supposed to arrive within a couple of days, acutally arrived much later than I had expected. On 4/13/15 I noted that I had a charge of 176.90 reflected on my bank account ($88.95 each for the Metabo Garcinia and the Green Coffee). I called the company to inform them that I had wanted the advertised sample only and no further orders. They informed me I signed up for a 14-day trial subscription which I had received no information on during the initial call. In fact the only interaction I had with the representative, other than requesting the original offer, were efforts to sell me additional products which I declined. Fortunately I had not yet opened the products and after a (very spirited) talk with the Customer Support rep about the misleading advertising of their product she stated that I could return the products for a full refund. I am going to be returning the items today and will see how proactive they are in refunding the, [what I consider] deceptively, charged funds

I ordered a sample of their eye product and firming cream. I received it approx 4-5 days later. However, before I had a chance to determine whether it was going to work for me, the company billed me for the two products for $180.00. Apparently, they only have a ten-day period from the time you order on line (not receive) to cancel, not allowing for standard mailing period. I was not aware of their very short period to decide to cancel or not. I believe this is unrealistic and appears to be a trick on those who have ordered. I cancelled all future products, but still have to pay the $180.00. Lesson learned!
