were happy with. I have reviewed the account as see that back on 11/16/2015 you spoke to Destiny who canceled your account and provided you RMA's to return two products. It looks like those products were never returned so no refund was provided. As a resolution to this complaint I have refunded the two most recent charge of $89.95 and $89.99 please allow 2-5 business days to see those funds.

I signed up for the Megatropin and Crevalor 30 day trial offer and paid $4.95 & $5.95 for shipping and processing respectively. I signed up on 8-31-15 and today, 9-14-15 I woke up to find 2 $89.95 charges. Apparently when you sign up for their products, they have a very tiny link to a disclaimer that will pop up stating it is actually a 14 day trial off (not 30 day) and that the 14 timer starts the second you hit the submit button. So depending on your shipping time frame you may only get 10 days to actually try to product to which the customer service rep tells you it takes 2 weeks to see any results. So in that statement alone, the business model is misleading. I had called nicely to inquire about cancelling and getting a refund because I didn't know I would be out $180 for something I was supposed to be TRYING for 30 days and only given 14 (10 actual days). In asking the rep nicely she repeated the exact same thing to me about their policy of not being able to issue a refund, talking over me the entire time I was asking about why and what they were doing with my account. She then said she will be canceling it and HUNG UP ON ME. Talk about customer service for a new company. I called back again and spoke to a different woman who I explained everything to and she started to repeat the same policy, talking over me and hung up on me as I pleaded for her to not hang up on me. I called my bank and had them issue stop payments and since the payments haven't posted yet I couldn't file a claim with my bank, yet. I called again to have another woman tell me they will look into the issue with their quality control people and have me call back in 3-5 days. Haha yea right. I researched the Revdex.com to file a claim and found 2 other complaints with the EXACT same thing happening to them, almost word for word. I decided to call the company again and explained myself again. The woman then asked me if I originally understood the terms I was signing up for to which I took a moment and reworded what I said to say that I didn't and yada yada yada. I also stated I looked into the Revdex.com and found similar issues. She came back from talking to her supervisor, which I doubt even exists, to offer me a 25% refund. That wasn't enough for me so she went back to talk to the imaginary supervisor to offer me 50%. This still wasn't enough to me. So I told her that if her supervisor didn't issue a 100% refund I would be filing a claim with the Revdex.com and they would be investigating her company. She went to talk to the supervisor again and came back with a 100% refund for me. Yes! Finally! only took me 2 hours of my life but I finally got the result I wanted and deserved from this shady company. I don't know if their product works, as they didn't give me enough time to actually try the product before charging me. But as far as their business model and plan, it is actually to scam people by hiding their policy in a small link in a pop up and then if you don't cancel then you are stuck with the ridiculous $90/bottle charge. Stay away from this company!
They offer a free trial for Megadrox. After your free trial has been sent they will automatically send more product and charge your account without knowing. This seems to be the latest in unethical business practice that relies on people who just except the product and won't complain. There should be law requiring businesses to make these automatic charges spelled out in large bold writing before any offers can be made. This seems to be the latest tactic/trick in the health supplement market to pray on consumers. When the charges come in the mail they don't offer a business phone number on the statement just a P.O. Box this requires the consumer to do research and they play the odds you won't.

I ordered a trial package of one of their products then canceled. The products kept coming and charged to my account which became over drawn. I called again and was told by Ron I could keep the products and receive a partial refund to be deposited in 2-5 days. After no deposit I called again and was told by a young lady that it actually takes 2-10 days. After 10 days I was told by Carlos to give it until the end of that business day. After no deposit I contacted my bank (Chase) who contacted the company with me on the phone. We spoke to the customer service rep Liz who was unhelpful and very rude to us. She first refused to let us speak to a manager or supervisor saying one was not available. After our continued insistence we were finally able to talk to the floor supervisor Alana. Alana was initially unhelpful to which I responded that I would now like a full refund. After much back and forth she agreed to a full refund of $74.90. But then she says it will take 30days from today 8/9/16. I truly have no faith that they will honor this refund.
