I ordered the free 14 day trial of skin cream on 1/19/16 and returned it on 1/25/16. Today my checking account was charged $94.90 for the product. After being on hold for over an hour, a company representative gave me a cancellation no of [redacted]. As I was trying to explain that I wanted a credit for the $94.50 ~ he hung up on me! My bank is working to have the debit reversed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Thank you for contacting customer support. The customers account has been cancelled and there will be no further shipments or billing.The trial terms and conditions must be agreed to before placing an order, and those terms provide the customer a 14 day opportunity to evaluate the product from...

date of order before billing at full price occurs.  Cancelling within the 14 day trial period prevents any billing. A cancellation request was not received during the 14 day trial period, therefore the billing occurred.  Per terms, automatic monthly shipment and billing begins 30 days after the trial ends.Now after reviewing your account you have been charged the full price of the trial products you initially received, there is not a new shipment. We went ahead and refunded 50% of those charges as a one time courtesy.If the most recently shipped product can be returned unopened, the rest of the 50%  refund can be issued for that product.  If the product is opened however, then 50% is the only amount we can refund to your account on your most recent shipment as a one-time courtesy, and customer may keep the full 30 day supply.  Although trial terms and conditions were agreed to before the order was placed, we are willing to meet the customer halfway and can process this refund for the customer immediately. Please advise customer to reply if the customer wants to receive the  50% refund.

After getting the samples for ONLY THE SHIPPING COSTS, 14 days later they charged my account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION for a total of $179.94 for the eye creme and serum! I called and raised hell and will hopefully get a full refund after I send both samples back. The sizes of the samples are sample sizes and they want to charge for full product. I DID NOT agree to any terms before placing the sample order, yet they went ahead and charged me. I will revise this review once I receive a full refund. As you can see from the attached image of the terms there is no mention of additional charges after the sample shipment charge.

I request an advertised "free" trial offer. I was charged $29.95 for the free offer. I then emailed to request the subscription be cancelled. I received 3 different emails cancelling the order. A month later they charged my card another $49.95. I called 3 times to request a refund. The first 2 representatives hung up on me after stating they couldn't not help with a refund request. The 3rd time they finally "offered" to credit $29.95 back to my card and cancel my future subscriptions.

As a result of their fraudulent charge, I was charged with a $37.00 NSF fee today.  How would they like to resolve that issue?  I would be happy to provide proof of their causation as my bank is fully aware of their fraudulent charge.  They are investigating and I have consulted an attorney.

refunded the account in full back on the 20th and 22nd of February.  The account was canceled as well I hope this resolves the concern have a great day!

Upon reviewing the account I do see that [redacted] signed up for the 14 day trial offer with our products the Metabo Green Coffee and the Metabo Garcinia. It does state on the website and in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order that the trial period starts...

the day the order is placed and it is the customers responsibility to contact customer support so that we can extend out the trial period or reship the product if necessary. It also states the prices of our products as well as the trial period information. If the customer does not cancel out within the trial period once it expires the customer is then billed for the original products received within the trial period and placed on a 30 day auto bill and ship program until the customer does cancel out. Our products are only available online and due to quality of our products they are more costly that what you would find in the store as the customer stated. [redacted] placed the order for the products on 1/30/14 and we did not hear from her till 2/27/15. We are willing to offer the customer a refund if the products are not opened they can be returned back to us for a full refund. The customer would need to email in to customer care so that we can provide the necessary information. If the products have been opened we are still willing to meet the customer half way and offer a 50% partial refund. If the customer wishes to accept a 50% partial refund then the customer would simply need to respond back stating that they will accept the 50% and we will issue the refund immediately.

Paid for 2 samples for $4.95. Month later, was charged $91.00 for items I never ordered. No number on invoices, bottles, and web site.. Not listed with Directory Assistance. Did not see number until I came to Revdex.com.

I ordered a free trial of two products from this company. They were advertised as a free trial where I pay the shipping. There was no mention of this constituting the beginning of a contract. I happened to later read that it was a scam and found out that the company bills you $80 per product once a 14 day trial runs out. There was no mention of any of this in their advertising. After finding this out on my own I went to the website to cancel my trial. When I cancelled I was charged $39.97 for one product. When trying to cancel the other product I kept receiving a message of "An unexpected error occurred while attempting to cancel your order".

I e-mailed customer support asking them to cancel the second product and have not heard back. I also contacted my credit card company about the "cancellation charges" and they said to cancel the products and then dispute the charges with them.

This company is a scam and is not at all straightforward with their agenda. Do not order from them.

Two products were ordered from [redacted]. The products were promoted as "free Trial offering". Payment for shipping and handling was required, $4.95 and $5.95. This was billed to our account via our debit card. With in 4 business days, a two month supply of each product, $89.99 each, was billed to our bank account. We did not request these addtional products. When I called the customer service number listed on the website and on the bank statment, [redacted], the call center answering that number denied being VLHealth, and also denied handling the two products ordered.
