I think this company has to step up and take responsibility for Shady business practices! I recently saw an ad online for Cellumis which is an anti wrinkle/aging serum for $4.95. It was advertised as a special rate and I went for it. Of course it was too good to be true. Come 2 weeks later, I see a charge on my account for $95 from Cellumis! As you can imagine I was shocked and so I called customer service and kindly asked where this charge was coming from. The lady on the line says "well ma'am that is the charge for the full bottle of Cellumis that was sent to you." I asked her what the $4.95 was and she says "well that's the shipping and handling charge and if you didn't send it back within 14 days of purchase then the full charge was taken from your account." Baffled of course I said "this was never disclosed to me and I didn't agree to it".
Turns out I did! She told me that all of that information (including the $95 charge information) was in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!!
I don't know about you but I've made a bad habit of just checking that box, which I will NEVER do again. But I also think it's absolutely shady business practice to take advantage of people by hiding that kind of thing in the terms and conditions.

I called to cancel this product after being charged a ridiculous fee before I could cancel it. The lady on the phone, [redacted] (sp?), was disrespectful and rude. When I told her I wanted to cancel the product because it didn't work, she asked me if I was using it correctly and went into the instructions. I told her that I had and that I would like to cancel. She then proceeded to tell me they could give me a discount. I told her that I would just like to cancel the product. She said, ok and than told me that there was a $1.95 fee for canceling. She said it was in their terms and conditions. I told her I would like to see where it says that a fee of $1.95 is charged for canceling. She took me to a page that said... You expressly agree to honor all charges and fees due in association with this Subscription(s). But it doesn't say how much and it doesn't specify what the charges and fees are for. I told her that I am not paying that fee. It didn’t specify that there was a fee for canceling and it didn’t specify how much the fees were. I told her that I wanted to speak to her manager. She told me that her manager does not talk to customers. After a little while of us going back and forth about the fee and speaking to a manager, I told her that I was reporting this. I asked for her manager’s name - she said it is [redacted]. She then said that I was getting worked up so that she would waive the fee. Don't some of these companies rip you off enough - why do they need the extra $1.95?

I have reviewed the account and apologize for any inconvenience when it comes to the trial that was signed up for on 03/31/2015. I see that you did return product and were refunded in full minus the restocking fee. As a resolution I have refunded the remaining...

Cellumis is a scam...they have taken money out of my account 6 times from 4 different states. Do not order! My account is overdrawn and they lie and say they are refunding but they don't

I reviewed the account and we have in fact received the products back and it has been verified that they were not opened and as of today we have released the funds back to the original form of payment in the amount of $89.95 and $88.95.

I need to make this company aware that I have already returned their product in September 2015. So in their response where it is stated I return their product, they need to be aware this has already been done..I will consider the matter resolved when I receive the refund check.

Beware of Metabo Garcinia! They offer a free trial for price of shipping and then charge your credit card $180 dollars with in 3 days of receiving product!
We did receive an email from [redacted] wishing to cancel out his account as of 3/09/15 and responded promptly on 3/10/15 requesting for the customer to please provide us with the order id number or email address that was used when placing the order because we were unable to locate an account that...
matched with the name and email he had provided. We did not hear again from the customer until 4/03/15 with the same name and email that was provided before and we responded again that we are unable to locate the account and asked if he had used a different email when placing the order. Not until we received this complaint have we been provided with the correct email so that we are able to assist the customer. The customer originally signed up with us on 2/12/14 for the 14 day trial program of our products the Metabo Green Coffee and the Metabo Garcinia and as stated in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to before placing the order we would have needed to hear from the customer before the trial period expires to avoid any future billing. Once the trial period expires the customer is then placed on the 30 day auto bill and ship program until they do cancel out. For the most recent shipment that was billed and shipped out as of 4/01/15 we are willing to accept that product back for a full refund as long as it has not been opened. We do understand the customer's frustration and wish that we had been provided with the accurate information so that we could have assisted him sooner. As a courtesy even though it is outside of our 30 day return and refund policy we will offer the customer a 50% partial refund on the first shipment as well.
Customer called in to cancel his account and was offered a 50% refund his account was refunded, I have issued the rest of the charge if he can send back the products that would be great

We were able to find this customers account and refunded as the resolution. back on 02/05/2016. I went ahead and refunded the account in full as a courtesy and resolution today. I hope this resolves the concern have a great day!
