Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your product has a common defect that should be replaced outside the day warranty if the consumer experiences the defectIt's pretty sad that your standard controller which retails for about $40-$(depending on where you purchase it) performs better than your supposed Elite controller which retails for $Your team most certainly will not set up a paid exchange of my controller as I will never purchase an Xbox Elite controller againFurthermore as a die hard Xbox supporter that recently purchased a PSto play the Uncharted series, I will be making my console purchases strictly for the PSmoving forwardThankfully my Xbox Live subscription is so to renew on 1/1/and I will not be renewing at that timeAt least Sony acts like they care about their customer's experience with their products which is more than I can say about MicrosoftThank you Microsoft for making a difficult decision easier for myselfI must say I am very disappointed in your company and your lack of customer service.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have been without my Xbox One Since 4/22/I was told once I ship my Xbox One to Xbox One they would send me another oneThey sent my Xbox One by [redacted] Ground they also provided a tracking number on 5/1/which I had to contact Xbox support which said the item has been shipped and I sent the escalation department several of email and did not get a reply until I contacted Revdex.comI also had called [redacted] since XBOX sent me the shipping tracking number I kept checking it everyday and after contacting [redacted] they said they only created the label and the tracking number status has showed NOT FOUND on [redacted] endToday 4/6/the tracking number only shows the shipping label has been created but there is no movementI was told the Xbox One would be sent to me by express mail and not groundThis is unacceptable XBOX needs to keep their promises and I should have had the Xbox one in my hands already I paid for a extended warranty and I'm paying for several subscription including Xbox live that can only be used on the Xbox one I can not get a refund nor a credit for these servicesI would like a credit for these services since its Xbox fault that they did not fix the Xbox one the first time I sent it inSincerely, [redacted]
