I did not receive a claim numberWhen I called and spoke with the first representative he said nothing shows was I'm talking about and that he could / would not help me any fartherHe keep telling me to make another paymentI explained to him that I did make a payment and that I have the transaction number and the proof to show it went into your accountI then asked can I email this to you or fax itHe told me no we do not have that abilityTo which I followed with your Microsoft and don't have that abilityI then asked for a supervisor again went through the same thing he again said there was nothing Microsoft could do and no way I could prove I made a paymentSo I lost $to Microsoft I then explained to him that he needs to do something or I will go and trade in every piece of Microsoft equipment I haveHe replied with that's your choice and have a good daySo I never received a claim number
Also like to add I have purchased over the years.

over 100-games
-headsets
countless other add on's and accessories
I have been to midnight releases
and served as a Xbox ambassador
by my calculations over the last ten years give or take a little I have spent over $on your product not including computers and this is how a loyal customer is treated.
I actually cried a little and have been extremely sad missing my friends and playing on my Xbox.
But I did as promised and traded everything in on a ps4.
I'm I happy no but at least I'm being treated right

Yes, it does state that however if you read my statement I also mentioned that same thingWhat you FAIL to realize what is called deceptive and advertising is where you state item needs gold membership, you would need a very powerful magnifying glass to read it, that statement is not clear for anyone to read

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
My son's XBox stopped working while under warranty and wouldn't even turn on Microsoft repaired it and sent it back without any explanation of why it stopped working
About a year later it stopped working again when processing Microsoft's forced updates, not based on any action my son nor I have taken
The reason the Xbox has failed to work both times appears to be due to Microsoft providing a faulty console, not repairing it correctly and/or having an issue with they way they provide/process updates
Is it fair for me to have to pay an additional $on top of $already paid plus yearly XBox live fees just to get it repaired again? How do I know it won't break shortly thereafter? Shouldn't Microsoft take some responsibility?
As a shareholder and loyal MS customer, I am quite disappointed in the service and lack of quality control Unfortunately, so is my son who just wants to use the game he got for his birthday On his behalf, I will keep pursuing this, but will not pay an additional exorbitant and unfair fee
The person from Microsoft who responded, Dawn Fink, seems to be very talented in operational efficiency and data analytics based on her LinkedIn profile, but does not seem to be focused on helping customers. I've asked unsuccessfully via Xbox support phone, Twitter and online chat for a customer advocate or support manager at Microsoft who will discuss this with me Can someone please make an effort to give me a call or address the issues with my son's XBox One?

I am rejecting this response because: I was not in violation of term of use sending one message to someone doesn't in tell harassment and there was no profane language used in any of the messages for the second enforcement there by you abusing your power to unjustifiably enforce me for no good reason and if you continue to instst that I have I will just boycott everything Microsoft since everything I have had that has that name hasn't been up to my standard any way and tired of your abuse of your loyal customers for the sake of profit and alienation your entire community to where no one wants to message anyone anymore due to your over sensitive conducts

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I am not accepting the response the response is not really a responsethey want more information my service numberI don't know the number I contacted them several thousand timesso my e mail address associated with the account is landr***@aol.com and my gamer tag is ***I have been fighting with Xbox since July to get my Xbox back onI have tried to put a new payment option on my account and in the end of June or early July I spoke with some woman at Xbox and she was sort of rude and was supposed to put it up to senior support or something like that and they would contact me by email they never didI tried to put a new payment a new card on with her and then I tried online and the system was having issues you couldn't even call.I believe that was the end of July beginning of august they phone system was down nothing worked to call or put online my daughters boyfriend even tried to call for me and put a payment option on for me and they told him he didn't have enough information because he could not supply all my information they said they again told him that they would contact me through my emailnow they are saying I waited too long and my account is in write off they are trying to say that I contacted them first in October they are wrongI am still within my contract and I just want to pay off my account like it says in the contract or the message my xbox says is that my console is unable to play until my subscription payments are up to dateI would like to get my payments up to date or pay the early termination and have them turn my xbox back onI am still within my contract and have tried so many times to resolve this issue since june or july
