Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: All the business stated was that sorry they took so long to respond to my complaint, and needed me to update my complaint to investigate further (after months)!!! I know my claim isn't in regards to a huge amount so they may not be taking it seriouslyAlso again it's not a huge amount, that would take so much time to review and refund as if the company had to return hundreds or thousands of dollarsBut, wrong is wrongIndividuals speculated, individuals admitted your system was flawed or had glitches, and how I did do what I needed too in the timeframe of cancellationAnd the ending factor was how rudely I was treated and talked too, when I was the one done unjustly in all of thisYour employees got to tell me whatever they pleased and put me in a hardship, while they are still probably employed telling hundreds of more customers whatever they please, and costing them and your company money just as I decided to take my services elsewhere.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: the business is using its Service Agreement but didn't fulfill that service agreement so the service agreement does not applyThey charged me for shipping and failed to provide itThey also promised compensation, not coupons, repeatedlyMoreover, even if the Service Agreement were in effect - if Microsoft hadn't breached contract - they are beholden to what their customer services representative, plural, offered on more than one occasion. Bottom line is: Microsoft has no legal standing to dispute refunding shipping, even if they are so uninterested in customers as to insist on compensation only in the form of couponsI have no use for coupons or credits because I do not use the Microsoft store; it's tantamount to offering me nothing
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
In response to the query from Microsoft Corporation forwarded by ***
*** in a letter dated June 2016, the following information is provided:
Para Microsoft requests a "service request number"I do not have a service request numberIwrote a letter to Microsoft Corporation, ATTN: Customer Service on May explaining that theirunwanted efforts to install Windows on my computer had caused a lack of Internet service for sixweeksI received notice that *** ** ***, Agent, accepted delivery of my letter, however, no furthercommunication has been received from Microsoft
Para "'If you have not yet contacted support about this issue, visit support.microsoft.com."How is that supposed to happen? When attempting to use the computer, the following messages appear:Server not found.Problem loading page. This page can't be displayed.Fix connection problems.Looking up accounts.google.Firefox can't find the server at accounts.google.com.Check the address for typing errors. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network' is protected by a firewall on proxy, make sure that Firefox ispermitted to access the Web
My question to you remains the same: Why is Microsoft allowed to interrupt mycomputer service by attempting to install Windows when I have consistently requestedthey not do so?Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: while the company may use refurbished parts to replace defective parts, the refurbished parts themselves should not be defectivePut another way, you should not replace defective parts with more defective partsThe machine was sent back more than onceIsn't it time to do the right thing by the consumer instead of hiding behind the fine print, which in this case is not an effective defense against poor manufacturing?
Sincerely,*** ***
