I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,

Microsoft has dragged this complaint on for over 1 year and promised that my situation would be rectified smoothly via email. Microsoft is stating out right lies throughout the complaint in regards to having "bing" representatives reach out to me and never did.
Aditya AND the Microsoft rep mentioned that the bing team would be reaching out. They never did. It will be publicly recorded via Revdex.com, that Microsoft has dragged this case on for over 1 year, made promises it never fulfilled and closed a case after their own representative stated that I would be able to speak to a "bing" representative. Its clear that Microsoft feels there is no error when a disabled minor is being defamed on their search engine, when google has no such results. Its incomprehensible that Microsoft's representative had me take over 7 hours to compile a case for them to take care of. Here’s an additional note, Microsoft stated, numerous times that a Bing representative would reach out to me and never did. I never had the opportunity to speak to one of the reps. Microsoft has done nothing except exacerbate this situation by having a general customer service rep handle a task that is not within his scope of power. They have purposely led me on to deal with an incompetent representative in order to say that they had “someone speak to me”, when in fact, each time they rebut my claim, would state that a bing rep was reaching out to me. The fact of the matter is that something can be done and Microsoft just does not want to. There is no trace of my son on any websites yet they continue to post defamatory content via “auto suggest” and “searches related to” regardless of the fact that even google does not display such results.
Aditya requested documentation that took me 7 hours to compile.
He stated that he needed it to move forward with deletions on Bing.
Aditya also stated that he couldn’t move forward without my documentation
Aditya and I spent close to 6.5 hours on the phone over the course of the summer
Unbeknownst to me, Aditya had no power or motive to carry out anything he told me he would do.
Aditya and Microsoft has made this problem much worse.
Aditya has taken it upon himself to represent Microsoft, as well as the in their escalations unit, as a representative who could execute modifications on Bing, even though content Is not present on Bing, yet it’s still displaying negative auto suggestions regarding my son.
Aditya misrepresented Microsoft and led me on for months to believe he was going to take action
On the phone Aditya made it clear that he was working with his Bing team to take care of this. Everything Aditya stated to me was a lie
This complaint will also be noted on the complaint with the attorney general’s office, district attorney, Revdex.com and ftc.
I will be going out of my way to make sure Aditya is terminated for his false representation of Microsoft and his blatant lies, not to mention he Wasted months of my time
I want to also make it clear about a statement Aditya made while conversing with him. He stated that “I cannot take care of anything until I receive proper documentation” and
At that point I will move forward.” The entire time, Aditya knew he didn’t not have the capacity in his position to take care of any of the requests I was asking and instead of transferring me
To a rep in a higher position, he continued to mislead me.
It is also clear, regardless of Aditya doing this, that Microsoft intention was an attempt to wear me out by working with Aditya who has no authority and then after he dropped the ball, I wouldn’t take the time to approach the situation again.
Lastly, Microsoft needs to get this done, once and for all.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Claiming the technician has "thoroughly investigated" the issue is a blatant falsehood. He (they) were not able to thoroughly diagnose the problem as 1) your remote technology did not allow the technician to even see the extent of the problem, 2) had no explanation for the issue and 3) gave up trying to resolve the issue. Despite his ability to see or understand the issue your technician concluded that the problem must therefore lie elsewhere. This only shows Microsoft's unwillingness and inability to "thoroughly investigate" issues related to your software. Further, stating the matter to be "closed" only reinforces Microsoft's unwillingness to take responsibility.
As asked in prior correspondence, is Microsoft suggesting that their software does not work with specific systems or certain monitors? If so, why is that not disclosed prior to purchase? Why, if your product does not work, are you so eager to abdicate responsibility and consider all faults to be someone else's?
Frankly, disgusting business practices.
Sincerely,[redacted]
I have been contacted by Microsoft Global Escalation Services who have been both professional and reliable in their call backs. I have a verbal commitment that Microsoft will compensate me for the damage caused by their service personnel.
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Microsoft finally resolved the issue. Thanks for all your help!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Microsoft is simply attempting to snowball me because I complained about the way in which they've egregiously dis-regarded user privacy and our rights to protect that which belongs to us. I complained via their community forums, of which I ordinarily was able to access by signing in with my Microsoft Outlook.com credentials. The context of my concerns, as I stated in my forum responses, clearly emphasize the unethical business practices Microsoft has engaged in with regard to it's customers. I detailed information about how Microsoft forces Windows 10 nagware upon users and has even automatically upgraded many users systems without their permission, simply because the user might have had the Automatic Updates option ticked within the Windows Update Module. Such option is only meant to automatically download and install updates (aka, patches) to the OS, not a full system upgrade. However, Microsoft has already been caught red-handed doing this, which is why I felt the need to highlight this within the context of my forum responses.
No where in my responses have I ever made any threats to Microsoft nor have I used any profanity either, yet Microsoft has proven, by it's recent action of blocking my further access to these forums, that it is more concerned with censoring the truth about it's unethical business practices and it's egregious violations of user privacy-------topics of which I only put front and center within the context of my forum responses because people, especially Microsoft customers, have a right to know the truth.
If Microsoft refuses to allow public criticism-------what else do you call that but blatant censorship and an infringement upon the constitutional rights of citizen's to voice the concerns as a part of the freedom of expression this country is known for?
I'm not interested in playing this cat and mouse game with Microsoft simply because they're now mad that I just called them out on the carpet for the obvious wrongs they've been committing against it's user base and I'm certainly not apologizing for exposing these truths for all to see.
How can we expect the system to be fair if corporations like Microsoft are simply allowed to get a free pass to sweep whatever it wants under the rug-------even if what it's attempting to hide might otherwise become a subject for investigation into how it potentially violates users privacy rights, thus putting the safety of our very own identities at an even greater risk of exploitation than at any other time in the history of this now digital age in which we live?!
It's about time agencies of oversight start drawing the line so that companies like Microsoft are compelled to respect the boundaries that should never be up for debate ever. Our personal privacy is an innate human right and need in order to maintain the human condition with dignity and respect-------yet this very precept is being threatened by the actions of Microsoft with regard to it's new operating system Windows 10. The ToS agreement and Privacy Policy Microsoft has constructed clearly infringes upon our basic human rights and basically extorts us of our own identities in order to simply provide to us a product for consumption.
How on earth did it ever get this bad to begin is beyond me, but one thing is plain to see, these companies are not going to stop violating our rights until enough of a spotlight is shown upon this terrible situation. That is why I responded to their community forum in this way.
We need a voice of reason amid all this madness. If we don't stand up against these abuses of power now, how can we ever expect a fighting chance in the future? Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Although you reference the product as a laptop one one section of your store; I purchased it from the section that quite clearly listed it as a tablet. Your advertising was deceptive and misleading. I thought the tablet license of Office 365 could be used and was informed after the purchase that what I thought was a tablet, was a laptop. A reasonable person would conclude that a Surface Tablet is a tablet and not a laptop.
Sincerely,[redacted]
there have been no calls to my skype number and when purchasing a skype subscription it statest the the subscription allows for calls from your skype number with this subscription so this is very misleading so skype lied and is lying at any rate I want my money backComplaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: When I submitted my complaint, I included the following numbers or codes: 0x80016CFA. This was the code that was on the warning report. The message read that My windows7/server 2008R27I.E.11.0 I. E. browser had been disabled. The IE stood for Internet Explorer. I did not gvie tne an y personal information. This does not comfort me, as I was unable to and eventually failed the course, which I now have to retake and repay the cost of this class, which will go against my student account. So if you think that I'm happy-GUESS AGAINSincerely,[redacted]
