Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and do not find this resolution satisfactory to me. However given Microsofts single minded determination to enforce a blanket policy I see there is no value in continuing to go back and forth with them.
Please do not mark this complaint as resolved, the customer has simply capitulated and decided to move on, even though Microsoft could offer better support.

It took the company 5 days from the release date to get the game I desired. MS should compensate the consumer for their mistake. They did not keep their promise as advertised. Here is my transcript from one of the CS members at microsoft.

I really expected more than than the runaround I got from Customer Service.
For 3 months. Leaving a bitter taste in my mouth for never getting the chance to use your keyboard!!
