Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted] This whole event happened so long ago I forget the specifics on why I was upset. Only that we contacting Microsoft or what was in my computer it said to contact them for 'free advice.' Immediately I was informed that I had to pay money for further advice. The only thing that was free was the link to contact them. As I recall my initial complaint was the mis-leading advertising. Microsoft is so large and wealthy......[wonder how that happened?????] and they can do plenty of side-step responses that still leaves the customer in the cold. The monopoly of having microsoft software on darn near everything is a money maker. Try not to and you have other issues down the line with programs not working.
You certainly don't need to continue ragging on Microsoft as they will drag this out. That is what they do. I have purchased a different laptop with different software so they can just enjoy their jobs, money, big houses, and all that goes with it.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Here is the chat number [redacted]. The chat started at 4.43 and continued until 6.40 on 12/30/2016. The rep was unable to resolve the issue. She stated there were no age appropriate games available for free to download with the membership. She was unable to find any games similar to Minecraft appropriate for a ten year old that they could play together. She was also unable to provide anywhere in advertising that the two systems could not play with each other. The membership was advertised for families. Why aren't the limitations disclosed in the advertising?
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I'm actually not accepting OR rejecting this response (but there was no other option given).I'm happy that someone from Skype is willing to look into this, but the issue is not at this point 100% resolved. My Skype account username is: [redacted]I notice that the account has since been suspended. I was unable to get this information at all from customer service, and had to figure it out myself. If I can have Skype's assurance that the account will stay permanently suspended or will be deleted, then everything is resolved.I look forward to receiving a solution from Skype.Sincerely,[redacted]
I believe the last ticket from the help desk was [redacted]. I did call for tech support again twice but they refused to escalate my problem to level 2 support where I had at least made some progress previously. On the level 1 support all they do is repeat the same actions again and again, and the problem is never fixed. It wastes many hours of my time (and theirs, different person each time, multi-hour sessions) and in the end I am worse off than when I started. Each time they uninstall or reinstall Outlook, I have to set up my email addresses and the server sends me hundreds of messages, even more time consuming.
I have had to purchase a new computer and new software. The Microsoft support center completely failed me. The best solution at this point is to refund the amount of my tech support subscription and a refund of 9 months' Office 365 subscription (since Sept. 2015). Thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I can't have a service response number, because the Microsoft personnel refused to help me on the phone! Called multiple times at multiple numbers.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have the emails from start of the issue until now. I was contacted by MANY Support agents and got really tired of their in circles replies, I ASKED FOR A MANAGER MORE THAN 10 TIMES, they kept sending me back and forth to their colleagues as they called them AND NEVER ONCE WAS TOLD I WAS DIRECTED TO A MANAGER .
I was finally contacted by a Support agent named Victor who TOLD ME that even though they are my kids I cant have my name even as the guardian on more than one account and TO MAKE THE CHANGES AND MY ACCOUNT and kIds accounts WILL BE FIXED. So I FIXED THE NAMES and ONLY 1 ACCOUNT MY DAUGHTERS ALSO HAD MY NAME ON IT, my Sons is in his name Only and was never in my name yet because of it having 20,000 rewards points on there His account was SCAMMED to.
Anyway I MADE THE CHANGES and I CONTACTED VICTOR to let him know that I made the Changes , and THEN a SUPPORT MEMBER KAY MESSAGED ME BACK saying my account and my kids accounts were Closed and THEY STAND BY THEIR DECISION but if we would like to open new accounts we can but our 60,000 POINTS ARE GONE>
THATS NOTHING MORE THAN LEADING SOMEONE IN CIRCLES AND SCAMMED .
Also I find it funny you say that this is Bings Responsibility Because ITS NOW MICROSOFT REWARDS , no longer bing rewards , I have emails from Microsoft saying I need to contact bing and bing saying I need to contact Microsoft but IF IT IS BING THEN LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION?? WHY IS MICROSOFT THE ONE WHO CANCELED OUR ACCOUNTS ????? If it is up to Bing then bing would be the one who canceled my account. So I'm holding Microsoft responsible , if they are the ones who canceled it they are the ones who can reinstate it .
My Kids and I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED , my son saved his points for Months to get a Game for his Birthday and YOU ROBBED HIM OF THAT . YOUR COMPANY IS RUNNING A SCAM AND THIS WILL NO LONGER HAPPEN OR IT WILL BE KNOWN , I WILL FILE EVERYWHERE I CAN AND TELL MY STORY DAILY . IM CURRENTLY TRYING TO CONTACT MEDIA THAT WILL TAKE THE STORY AND I HAVE OVER 85,000 VIEWS AND COMMENTS ON MY STORY .
I have the email from Victor saying to change the names and the accounts will be fixed and they are fixed, I want my account reinstated with the points that were on it and bonus points for going through this and I'm asking the same on my children's behalf Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This is precisely the nature of the rigmarole of my original complaint. It is unclear just how I am supposed to contact "[redacted]". I just want to cut off all associations! (I had one more monthly unauthorized $10.00 "recurring charge" to my credit card this morning.) I wasn't even able to find an account history because their website said I had no history.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The product that Microsoft is selling has known defects. It may have a 90 day warranty, but there have been millions of controllers sold that suffer from the same problem. It isn't right that Microsoft is allowed to sell a product with a known defect and force people to purchase replacements every 4-5 months. Microsoft should extend their warranty on controllers similar to how they extended the warranty on the Xbox 360.Sincerely,[redacted]
