Dear [redacted],
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Revdex.com regarding an issue with a recent purchase. We were able to locate a service request and see that you have been in contact with Microsoft Support about this issue. As the agent explained, we are...
unable to cancel pre-orders, but can certainly issue a refund once the game is released. Your best options would be to contact your bank about the charge, or wait for the release date. We apologize that we are unable to deliver your desired resolution. At this time, Microsoft considers this case closed.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I find the offered resolution unacceptable. Your enforced upgrade, which I declined (but you just did it anyway against my wishes), destroyed my hard-drive making my computer entirely unusable. I cannot replace it for a $150 voucher. Your unethical behaviour is a disgrace and you have been pubicly reported for it within the UK and sued for it (successfully) in the US. In reslo se to my complaint you have repeatedly, but unssuccessfully tried to blame me, and then simply resorted to lying to me via the Revdex.com, suggesting you wish to 'work with me to find a solution'. Your customer service is shameful, your actions are entirely in breach of your own company ethical policy as well as acceptable business practice as clarified above. As a loyal Microsoft customer I am disgusted. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Microsoft banned my account due to communication violations, now my xbox is broke and the will not restore my account so I can access my games, movies, in game content which I have spent over $1000 on. At this point since they will not restore my account I want a refund of $1000. I am tired of fight with them. If I bought these games as a disk I could still use them but I got digital copies so now they want to screw me over. Also I would like you to resolve my issue before closing my claim this time. thanks.
Sincerely,

Thank you for replying to the Revdex.com complaint. I was not given a number when I spoke the to customer service representative, but I do have the full conversation if you wish me to email that to you. It was done through chat on your web site. The customer service representative is Emirey S. and it was on January 18th. She/he was very polite but didn't have the authority to solve the problem.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
When my son went on to load xbox cards he got for his birthday he immediately noticed that 3 games were downloading that he didn't purchase. We immediately went to the web to look for support number. It first tried to make me login, but it couldn't find our account. We then after a lot of searching finally found a phone number. After 4 hours of sitting on the phone and them really saying over and over that they can't find our account, user tag, or credit card. The next morning I get an email saying they are declining to help. Declined? Then you say I can go on and look at my subscription and transaction history in the next sentence, but my account is wiped on YOUR side of the system. I can't log on to look at my account!!!!!! How do you propose that I do that very thing? I now have 3 charges that hit my card for items that I didn't buy, while I was on the phone with xbox live telling them that our usertag has an email that isn't ours. We never got anything noting that I had "changed" my email on my usertag. And my usertag is wiped off your system. I have pictures of the user tag from my side of the system, that supposedly doesn't exist. I have pictures of games that are under that usertag too. I can't believe that when we now have to create a brand new account that we will now lose all those games I purchased. I can't believe that you won't even give him those games again under a new usertag and xbox live account. I'd love to fill out your survey! I can't believe that you don't stand by and make a loyal customer whole when they have purchased tons of games and systems. Sincerely,[redacted] Sincerely,[redacted]
