Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This is what I've been dealing with Microsoft. I never received 4 refunds from them. I am ready to sue them. All sales final? I cancelled my service in Jan 2015. How is it legal to keep a customers money. I want and need this resolved ASAP. I would love to see their contract where it says all sales final and where it says too bad if you cancel, I'm keeping your money.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I don't have any additional information to give. I signed up for Skype long ago (5 years? 10 years?) so I don't remember which credit card I used or what month I signed up. That is why the normal support channel doesn't work for me and I had to file this complaint.
Normally companies have security questions that I can answer. But with Skype, I can't answer the questions (eg what month I signed up). Your security process is flawed -- as an aside, you should make it easier to recover accounts.
Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe an investigation was launched. If you had, you would have seen my account logged into from two IP addresses, one being mine the other the hacker. I do not feel Microsofts action against me was just. Especially due to the fact you are denying me of my access to the games I paid for. If you provide any proof I'll drop the matter all together. Due to the fact you don't even want to tell me why I was ban makes me feel like the most amount of effort Microsoft has put in to fix this was sending these replies. P.S. I know why I was ban they told me on the enforcement forumSincerely,[redacted]
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)per the request of Microsoft, we were not given a Service Request Number. The email address associated with the account is [redacted]@gmail.com

I am rejecting this response because:Revdex.com, why am I being asked to approve or reject a resolution to the complaint when no resolution has been provided?Microsoft, I called twice and spoke to three different people. None of them mentioned anything about providing me with a service request number which brings up a good question. Why isn't the support department providing this information to customers so that customers can provide the information when requested by Microsoft? The number I called is 888-725-1047 and the calls were on 7/19/2017 between 12:41am ET and 1:22am ET.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Hi,
I have been watching my emails for a response from Revdex.com and guess I overlooked one that came last week. In reference to the service request ID the number is [redacted] (I hope). I don't recall them giving me a number but this number was on the heading of correspondence from one of their reps, I hope this is correct. Thanks in advance for your help!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: You sold me faulty equipment. I do not agree that you can just evade replacing my equipment because of the length of time that has passed. You sold me faulty equipment, you should be responsible for all charges associated with it's replacement and repair.Sincerely,[redacted]
Much appreciation and thanks, they finally stepped up and refunded a charge both they and I know was in the wrong as the subscription had already been cancelled but my electronic charge of 74.19 was removed so everything is peachy noRevdex.com:
