Microsoft wanted me to pay for technical support.. they told me there softwsre was compatible to my computer.. when I downloaded there software it was not and I wasn't able to retrieve any of my files related to work and school further more I had a lot of issuex

[redacted]  I have no access to my software of Microsoft word, and not including, the hackers have hacked my computer so bad, that I am using a secondary, shell of a pc...my desktop program of windows 10 is completely destroyed, as they have hacked and ruined my windows 10 program. It is horrible...this will make number 7 pc  the hackers have destroyed. Like I stated, besides stalking me, trying to obtain free internet access, I also think they are utilizing other peoples software to pirate. making money on others peoples dime. This is not the only time, as I stated, nor is it the only program(s) it has occurred with. I had issues with Norton security, malwarebytes, and a few others that I had bought.  So , that means besides hacking , it is possibly pirating software. The technician who "supposedly" fixed my pc, gave me a rouge software for windows 10 which had a bunch of hidden hacking files, and I am not joking. Including a file called EDP, which is initialas of the stalking x-boyfriend. So, I found out the technician / computer repair man was associated with my X, thus stalking me through the computer, thus windows 10. It is a mess. Literally. They are trying to stop me from finishing school, as I am in a master's program for criminal justice, so they have tried everything, including breaking in my home. hacking my programs, and messing with my internet, spectrum is aware as well. So, recap; my Microsoft 365 home and student is stolenmy windows 10 is stolen...and no disk to restore. "they broke in and took all my computer disks"

This is an OUTRAGEUS LIE!
I have all communications between me and MS regarding the case properly documented, with names, dept., date and time of the call, how in the world you have the courage to say it was "fully resolved" when you never connected to the computer again after your engineer crashed the system?
I may have a small business, but one thing I have learned and will keep doing no matter what: Treat my customers with the respect they deserve, because making money is not the only purpose of having a business, and we have a reputation to preserve.
It's sickening to deal with Big Corp like MS when they think they can do/say anything they want just because they have all resources to despise people/companies like us!

We could not leave our customer "hanging" without a computer to work, so we performed the service to them expecting to be reimbursed by MS for the problems YOU created, but continence is something we cannot expect everybody to have...
