Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: microsoft has many complaints regarding the sp3 yellow band issues and still shipped customers defective units while aware. This is an OUTRAGEUS LIE!
I have all communications between me and MS regarding the case properly documented, with names, dept., date and time of the call, how in the world you have the courage to say it was "fully resolved" when you never connected to the computer again after your engineer crashed the system?
I may have a small business, but one thing I have learned and will keep doing no matter what: Treat my customers with the respect they deserve, because making money is not the only purpose of having a business, and we have a reputation to preserve.
It's sickening to deal with Big Corp like MS when they think they can do/say anything they want just because they have all resources to despise people/companies like us!
I assume that MS was
We could not leave our customer "hanging" without a computer to work, so we performed the service to them expecting to be reimbursed by MS for the problems YOU created, but continence is something we cannot expect everybody to have...

Our usual policy is that we will remove the restriction from a Skype account as soon as we have done a few security/identity checks, to make sure we open the account for the rightful owner and not for the fraudsters. The necessary checks after an incident like that include the verification of some of your payment details as well as the necessity to change your Skype account password. Password change can only be done after successful verification.I have changed the account settings in a way that will allow you to change the password.Please do the following:Go to: https://login.skype.com/recovery and enter your email address to request the password recovery token. Follow the instructions in the email to change the password as soon as possible.After you have changed the password, please confirm this to me via Revdex.com and I will also unblock the paid services.Please note:Choosing a secure password to access your Skype account is crucial. Hackers use lists of common passwords to access accounts (not only on Skype but across all websites). I do want to question why you do not have a phone number available for customer service or why I cannot ask for a manager through your email customer service. I believe this issue could have been resolved with one phone call. Your customer service by email is very sub par. Ironically, I've had no issues using Skype as a free service, but as soon as I tried to use a paid feature, the wheels fell off. Thank you again for your help.Sincerely, [redacted]

am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been done yet and I got a generic email message saying an enginner would be reaching out within 48 hours. I'm not sure what an engineer will be able to do when I need a refund issued for product that was never delivered. This Revdex.com ticket will remain open until my requested resolution is reached.Attached are screenshots of the transactions spoken of in my complaint.  No charges should have finalized from Microsoft if the UFC app said "unable to complete, try again later", yet here are the charges.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have had a corrupted Windows 10 and have only been in contact with Microsoft to reload it.  I have not full function of my laptop and have not restored programs to it to currently work this case, but will try to talk to them again.
But, I've verified I have this error accross OS releases, accross being 64 bit or 32 bit and everthing points to my live server account as being the nexus of my error with the games for windows live based game. Microsoft says that is a XBOX issue and XBOX says they do not give tech support to Windoes PC applicatons.  I have a Catch 22 that neither side will seriously adress the issues.
The issues with the Live Server access for registration of game date has been shown in MANY a google link and the only suggestion they have is to use a Cracked version of the game to avoid use of the GFWL client and connection to the Live Server.  I have a legit copy of a game that worked till I submitted this insident and do not feel I have got any support to rectify the problems.  I am frustrated and mad, gettting some 55 dollars is not much of a fair recovery for my problem but it seems the only solution as at least I could try to buy the game from a new source and get there support to get the game running.
I hope this explains my possition on this incident.
