I am rejecting this response because:I contacted the XBox live support group via chat via your website. They did not give me a case number and said there was nothing they could do as the snap feature was just discontinued without notice on the latest xbox one software update. So they said my only option was to make my voice heard through forums or writing to you direct which there was no apparent way to do so hence is why I am contacting you through the Revdex.com so hopefully I can get some kind of satisfaction. Please re-enable the snap feature as it was originally intended and advertised when I purchased the Xbox one.

I am rejecting this response because:I paid 2,000 dollars for a new computer that had a manufacturer defect, then I had to waste my time and set up a refurbished computer which I have found has multiple defects. I am not taking a swap unless I am getting a brand new device. This is [redacted] how long you people have strung me around and made me suffer for your mistake.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  1:  XBL did not "permanently ban" my gamertag- it was only a two week suspension.  2:  This generic response is inadequate, inaccurate and incomplete.  The fact that XBOX cant even respond in kind to a complaint shows incompetence and an overall lack of respect for customers- especially customers like myself who have begged them just for specifics so that I may ensure my children are not subjected to this arrogant display of power by those individuals working at XBL Enforcement.  I hope that XBL leadership does not tolerate persons who reply to complaints like this by gundecking- they clearly didn't even look up my account to see it was 2 weeks vs permanent.  It is clearly apparent why XBOX is not a member of the Revdex.com.  I hope that the Revdex.com will look specifically at my case and go back to Xbox and ask them for an accurate and appropriate response to MY COMPLAINT.  Sincerely,[redacted]
