Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was not just contacting you about the code. It was about the promotion itself. I was lied to several times by several of your customer service reps about the promotion, one telling me it was over, despite me seeing it run again the next week and absolutely no one from the online side helped me (and I made my purchase online), I was only helped through the store.I had to call, online chat, and drive back and forth from the store to get this issue resolved and I don't think it is fair to make a customer do all the leg work because your customer service reps lied and said nothing could be done because it was the easier thing for them to do than do their actual job. I will never buy anything from the Microsoft Store again and any chance I get I will tell people to avoid the store as well.

I am rejecting this response because: Your latest inconsistent message about the functionality of your game further solidifies that it was not only a poor customer service representative issue than I ran into over and over, it's a company issue. It's a respect issue. I am not 10 years old. Your response asking if I still want to keep your game instead if immediately rectififing this rediculous drawn out nonsense shows no respect for me as a customer who should not have to reply twice to this. My message was clear. I want a full refund. You can have the game.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  This does not mean that the complaint is terminated. I interpret this to mean that Microsoft is still to contact me to resolve/compensate for the destroyed computer.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. today, Microsoft, from an Indian branch of Microsoft, phoned me.  The gentleman said the original phone message had been rerouted to India, and he was in the process of addressing it.  My wife reviewed the details and the actions we took to repair our computer.  He indicated that he would review the situation and return a call tomorrow, Tuesday.  I believe that the original phone number given to my by the Geek Squad in Visalia, CA lead to this rerouting.  I had thought that the address would be sufficient to contact t Microsoft.Sincerely, [redacted]
