Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I cannot get anyone on the phone because no one answers.  Secondly I went to send an email online, but I cannot do that unless I sign up for a microsoft
email address, which I do not want to do.  I should be able to contact them through my regular email account, but it seems I have to sign up for a Microsoft account.  When I hold on the line for customer service for over 45 minutes, I think that's a problem.  I don't seem to be able to contact them.  I will continue trying, but I don't really expect much at this point.  Still frustrated..now have a programs that don't work correctly and so far one has been lost due to this upgrade.

Moreover, the only probably here is that Skype receive money for a service that I still cannot use, and I have uploaded the statement from my bank showing proof of buying the service.
