I needed a new car and my credit wasn’t the greatest so after hearing a radio commercial for guaranteed financing at Midway Nissan I filled out the online application. The sales team was very friendly and made me feel at home and I would like to thank Justin Strohl and Scott Sullivan most of all for making me feel like more than a source of income for Nissan. That being said, I did however feel like the finance department was playing number games with me. I felt pressured to buy a service contract and was told that they could get me a better interest rate on my loan to help offset the cost of it….I found it strange that they couldn’t get me a lower interest rate to help bring down my payment, but they could do it to sell me a service contract. The finance department even brought in a manager to help talk me into buying the contract when I refused it. Maybe I should have had a double team defense… I was hoping to end up with payments closer to what I was paying on my previous auto loan and feel like finance could have made that happen if in fact my happiness was their first concern.

So, all 3 stars are directly attributed to the excellent service I got from Scott and Justin. Thanks again guys!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Midway Nissan and had the pleasure of speaking with Tony S[redacted] and Perla. They helped me tremendously and their customer service was awesome. Everyone here was courteous and eager to help when needed. They answered all of my questions and offered me something according to my needs. Thank you!

Matt P[redacted] was very honest and transparent throughout the whole process. He allowed me to leave with the vehicle to do my own test drive. I was going to purchase a 2015 Nissan Altima S and he advised me to go with a 2016 because of the rebates were better.

Review: FIRST, THE COMPANY DID NOT RESPECT AND GIVE THE PRICE IT SAID IN THE INTERNET. IN THE VERBAL AGREEMENT, THEY AGREE TO GIVE A PRICE OF TWENTY THREE NINE HUNDRED THOUSANDS, BUT IN THE CONTRACT THAT AMOUNT DOES IT NOT SHOWS. ALSO IN THE CONTRACT THEY GIVE AN MAINTENANCE COVERAGE THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR IT AND DID NOT WANTED, BUT THEY STILL ADDED IT.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK, AND A CLEAR CONTRACT THAT EXPLAIN CLEAR AMOUNTS.

I am responding to the complaint submitted by Mr. [redacted] regarding his experience with Midway Nissan.

According to Mr. [redacted] he has two issues with his vehicle purchase:

1. Purchase Price of 2013 Nissan Frontier

Please find attached two documents (offer to purchase and buyers order) which clearly state that the purchase price of the vehicle was $23,904. This was the price that was listed on the internet. That was the price that was given to Mr. [redacted]

On all Internet advertising, Midway Nissan provides the following disclaimer:

“While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this information, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions contained in these pages.

The prices and incentives shown above may vary from region to region and are subject to change. Inventory is subject to prior sale. Vehicle information is based on standard equipment and may vary from vehicle to vehicle. Please contact us via phone or email for specific vehicle information. All prices are plus tax, title, license, dealer adds and documentation fee. Any discounted prices may include rebates.”

Federal truth in lending laws dictate that our finance department go over line by line the following items on the Retail Installment contract:

· Annual Percentage Rate

· Finance Charge

· Amount Financed

· Total of Payments

· Total Sale Price

· Payment Schedule

Additionally, we film every transaction to make sure that our employees are adhering to Federal and State laws.

Mr. [redacted] signed all three documents indicating that he agreed and understood the terms that were presented to him.

2. Service /Paint & Dent Removal Contracts

Please find attached “Mandatory Disclosure” form which indicates the additional products that were offered to Mr. [redacted] at the time of his purchase. Please note that Mr. [redacted] accepted the following products and agreed to them with his signature.

· Paintless Dent Repair

· MPP Maintenance Service Contract

· GAP Proctection

As a gesture of customer goodwill, we have cancelled the Paintless Dent Repair and the Maintenance Service Contract. A check in the amount of $2,599 will be sent to NMAC who is the lender for Mr. [redacted]rsquo;s vehicle.

This was a truly exceptional car buying experience for my wife and I. Our sales person was [redacted]. He was very respectful and extremely knowledgeable regarding [redacted], the vehicle we were interested in, and even the comparable models from other manufacturers. He gave no pressure to buy anything and answered all of our questions. Because of him, we will be returning to Midway Nissan to give both him and this company our business again. Thanks [redacted]!

Best Car Dealership ever

On October 22, 2013 I contacted Midway Nissan's Service department and I got [redacted]. I informed [redacted] that I needed to make an appointment for Saturday and he stated everything was booked. [redacted] then asked if I could bring the car in that evening and he could get it taken care of the next day. He offered the shuttle, but unfortnately the shuttle did not go all the way downtown. [redacted] then stated that he could get me a rental car based on all the work I was getting. When I got there to drop my car off there were no rentals, [redacted] searched for other options and made it known that this never happens and he apologized. He ended up getting me a rental and he even stayed well beyond closing time to make sure I got a rental and was taken care of. My vehicle was ready the next day as promised and he took the time to even show me how to operate one of my features. I have been to the service department several times and [redacted] stood out this day. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, which made me very calm and relaxed about the rental car situation.

I was help by matthew p[redacted] and he went out of his way to help us and even after I mention to him my bad credit and I wanted a used car he help and and did everything possible and I ended up in a brand new 2015 car with about $100 then my budget but I was happy as this was going to be for a brand new 2015 and not a used 2007 car that I had seen online. thanks again to everyone at midway nissan and dont just sit here and read the reviews go down there talk to them and give them a chance to help you get your new car.

Really good customer service and unlike most places they actually care and try to help you find the best deal for you.

Review: Scratches and house paint were to be removed per a "we owe" agreement, documented and signed. Severe scratches on side of car where paint was and a large portion of the paint is still present. Also severe swirls covering entire car where clear coat was ruined by orbital buffer.Desired Settlement: I want the paint removed in full as promised, as well as the rest of the "we owe" paperwork that was documented but never attempted/completed. I want the clear coat swirls polished/buffed/removed however necessary.

This is not what was spoke of when [redacted] reached out to me. It was explained to me that I purchased a used car and some dents/scratches can only be expected when purchasing a used vehicle. I advised [redacted] that I am understanding of this however the "we owe" document that was signed was nowhere near attempted in full. Many of the services were not even attended to whereas the ones that were "completed"were done so

August 1, 2013The "we-owe" for the customers vehicle states that the scratches on the vehicle were to be buffed out. The service department did buff the scratches to the best of their ability. To take it any further would take the paint off of the vehicle.The vehicle purchased is a "used" car with 2008 with 60k miles on it. Review: I bought a car there in July 12 told them the payments were to high gave me 1300 to help with the first 10 payments was told I come back after 10 mouths could refinance by martin when I want back the told me my credit score was not good. Enough and lie to me telling me they can't help I was told I have no. Problem if I come back in 10 mouths to refinance and would get me a lower rate of about 6-8% sp know I'm stuck with a var and a payment I didn't want so if this can't be thanking care of by you the next step is to file a lawsuit on midway Nissan thank youDesired Settlement: Want done what they promised me they do

We regret that we are unable to assist Mr. [redacted] with the refinancing of his vehicle at this time. Since the original purchase in 2012 Mr. [redacted]’s credit score has declined and we were unable to find another lender. Upon request we can provide you with documentation on Mr. [redacted] credit scores when they were obtained on 7/9/2012 and 6/1/2013. When Mr. [redacted] was advised that he could obtain refinancing after 10 months, it is under the assumption that the customer will retain or improve their credit score. As a dealership that does a tremendous amount of business with local credit Unions. We frequently extend our lending relationships to help our consumers better their own positions. We realize there are economic challenges and that bad things happen to good people. Consumers that are forced to accept higher interest rates today, may be in a great position to re- finance in the future. With that spirit in mind, interest rates are obviously driven on "previous credit histories and credit score" With that being said, had Mr. [redacted] stayed current with all of his obligations over the past year, he would be a prime candidate to lower his interest rates today. We will continue to follow up with Mr. [redacted]. all I see is what their telling you is all lies I was scamed into buying a car from them after file a bk and now I can't get the deal the told me of after 10 payments to no matter what they would get me a better payments and all I see is bs from going back there and what there saying when you buy the cars from them is nothing bit lies soif they can't do what the promised in going to file with theag office and file a lawsuits against midway Nissan for putting me with a payments that I can't afford and mybe soon losing that car and messing up my credit again so I'm very unhappy with midway Nissan and will go all the way I have to to get this straight out thank youRegards,

My experience at Midway Nissan Was very enjoyable It was a great experience that I would never forget My sales consultant [redacted] was totally outstanding he didn't talk like he was trying to sell me a car he talk to me like if we were good friends he was constantly checking on me while we was waiting to see if I qualified for a new vehicle he also check to see if I needed anything such as popcorn or water also in the lounge area was very pleasant I really enjoyed myself there and I wouldn't mind telling others of my experience I just want to say one more time thank you Midway Nissan for my best experience in buying a new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership everyone was extremely kind and helpful. [redacted] was the salesman who helped me out. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and its features. He made sure that I understood the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as [redacted] to others interested in buying a car.

I love My new car. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The experience was positive. [redacted] my sales guy was very professional and friendly. I will be back in a year.

Being a college student with no credit history and very little income I found it extremely hard to buy my first car anywhere - expect at Midway Nissan. Luckily, [redacted] was there to see me through the entire process and help me out a great deal. When its time to buy my second car, [redacted] is the guy I'm going to see.

I first moved out to arizona about a year and a half ago. being that it was summer time and had no car I was desperate for a vehicle so decided to go to sands chevrolet which was located near my work in glendale. they seen that I was desperate for a vehicle and took advantage of that right away. sold me a car with a cracked windsheild at a really high price, the customer service was lousy, long story short I ended up with a vehicle that was not worth what they sold it to me for. having bad credit its been hard for me to get rid of this car for a while. everywhere I would nobody wanted to help. I even had the manager at liberty gmc tell me open a new loan just to sell a car not caring about the situation id be stuck in. after that I accepted it and didnt try anymore. I ended up getting in touch with erica n[redacted] who works there. she told me they'd take care of me so I decided to give it a shot. my salesman was scott s[redacted], he kept it 100% with me and told me what I would have to do to get out of the vehicle I was in. he was friendly,honest, and didnt make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale. in short I ended up leaving midway nissan in a brand new vehicle without the garbage sands sold me. what alot of dealers were not able to do for me scott did. so I highly recommend him to anyone thats had bad experiences somwhere else. thanks again [redacted]

We went into Midway Nissan, on 1/1/16, not knowing what to expect, and with a pretty negative expectation. We were in a lease with VW and wanted OUT. Since we still had 9 months on the lease and were already over our allotted miles, by a lot, we figured that there would be nothing that they could do. We were wrong. Scott Sullivan worked on a deal for us for 2 days, on Monday 1/4/16 I got a call from Scott saying he had great news, and by the end of the day, 10:30pm, we were out of our lease and in a 2016 Nissan Rogue All Wheel Drive. My wife and I are very grateful to have dealt with Scott, if it were not for his commitment to us, we would still be in that VW. Thank you Scott!
