All our records indicate that [redacted] enrolled the account. We provided a copy of verification call recording, on which the female provides the account number and service address. It was acknowledged on this recording that the person completed the enrollment authorization was [redacted]. We provided copies of the terms and conditions and invoice that IGS Energy mailed to the service address, which again was stated on the TPV and was provided by the complainant with this inquiry. We have confirmed that utility account records, match the records in our database. Summarily, the enrollment looks to have been valid and our review has found that IGS Energy complied with all legal, contractual and regulatory requirements in enrolling this account. Again, we are willing to work with the customer to bring the account current and once paid in full we will have the account removed from credit reporting.
