IGS failed to reply to the fact that they/their repcanceled my contract with [redacted] Engery without my knoledgePlus they Igs never addressed the fact that they charged me $even though I canceled my contract with them I was misled by their Rep [redacted] and was told by him that [redacted] engery would probley not send me a bill by canceling my contract with them and if they did bill me to ignore it My dispute with [redacted] Energy has been settled and in doing so my cost for electric needs has increased due to the fact that the above [redacted] ***, canceled my previous agreement with out my knowledge.Thank you,

I never received any notice of the change in service from this companyI noticed the charges from [redacted] on my [redacted] bill in January of 2014, and contacted the company immediately to cancel servicesThe signature on your agreement is NOT mine, I have provided proof of thatThe voice you claim to have is not mine, I was in fact at work at the time of the sales visit, I can provide proof of that as well After the [redacted] account was canceled, all door to door third party sales reps were denied communication, and there is no agreement after the forged agreement dated 10/24/for the [redacted] services which were canceled in January of The fact remains that I never physically signed for, nor verbally accepted, any contract or terms with IGS, ACCNET ENERGY, [redacted] , or any other third party gas suppliers at any timeThese charges are fraudulent, the contract is forged, and I want my money back in full[redacted] ***

We acted in a good faith effort when as female voice, whom identified herself as Ms [redacted] ***, gave verbal authorization to enroll the account on a third party verification audio recording A copy of the written sales agreement was also left with Ms [redacted] after she authorized verbally and consented to sign on October 24, In addition, a copy of the terms and conditions was mailed to the service address on October 24, Upon receipt of the terms and conditions, the customer had three business days to review and rescind the agreement without penaltySince no attempt to cancel within the rescission period was made, the enrollment was deemed valid Per the complainant’s call of February 2, 2015, we were able to ascertain that the third party verification was completed by the complaint’s motherPer the complainant’s request, we processed a cancellation of our supply servicesAs disclosed, the account will not be accessed any early termination fee and cancelled without penaltyThe account flowed on the month fixed rate contract with our service from October 11, through February 10, After careful review and consideration, we have made a business decision to re-rate the account back to what utility rate, as if the enrollment never occurred Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint Thank you, [redacted] Compliance Coordinator

Find attached copies of our Natural Gas and Electric service agreements provided after Mr [redacted] enrolled the service address of [redacted] Drive, Blacklick, OH with our supply services on April 16, IGS Energy supply charges reflected on ***’s invoicingMr [redacted] contacted the local utility company to cancel services to the address effective August 28, No forwarding address was provided to IGS Energy Unfortunately, remittance for remains due and outstandingThe last payment IGS Energy received from [redacted] on the customer’s behalf posted August 13, in the amount of $for the July 9, bill reflecting service from 6/3/14-7/2/The account remains due and outstanding with a balance of $for the August 7, bill with supply charges from service period July – August 1, ($106.42) and the August 29, bill with supply charges from service period August – 28, ($92.38)To reiterate [redacted] bill notifications, find attached a copy of our past due notice mailed on October 10, notifying the customer that payment was now due directly to us the supplier, vsthe utility companyAfter no response to our notice and after no remittance, on October 27, the account was turned over to a third party, [redacted] ***, for collections Mr [redacted] spoke with IGS Energy’s Collections department on August 28, advising that the account was on his credit bureau report and took payment in full, over the phoneHe was advised that we would notify the third party collection agency of his payment and requested they notify the credit bureau reporting agencies Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint

I could care less about Bowling green Hard to keep track of your complaints? I am in Elmore I did NOT get an opt out letter! I called and cancelled on October 30, The girl on the phone represented herself as a part of [redacted] Gas Just because a city or town elects IGS, a resident still has the option to decline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did I have proof I called on Oct and spoke to IGS for min and I declined!!!! You did NOT send me an opt out nor did you cancel me on Oct 30!!!!!
