I ordered less than 50 dollars of items from Mob Stub December 2016 ..2 hours later I looked at site again but did not order. Ended up with 640 dollars where my bank card was charged again? I couldn't believe it!i went to bank and they issued my money back. I was then given an address in New York to send packages back to and I did..costing another 50 dollars. The bank heard from Mob Stub and also sent the 640 dollars to Mob Stub . Mob Stub had sent them 30 pages of why they should get the money back. Mob Stub now has 640 dollars of my money and every items sent back to them, Will not respond to requests for refund

Review: I made an online order from modstub for watch back in november, no shipping information was sent or the watch delivered it is now december [redacted] . I am being charged through my account for a product that was not recived. Review: I made three orders with this company, received two of them. The last order in the amount of $112.00 has not been shipped and I cannot get this resolved. They have not shipped the order at all. They have my money and all they have to do is ship the items that I ordered. I have emailed them stating this is all that needs to be done and cannot get any satisfaction from them. This company needs to provide better service.Desired Settlement: I would call this even if they send my order or refund my money in a very timely manner. I do not mean months from now but immediately within at no more than three (3) days.

Review: I placed an order for [redacted] Beats Earbuds December *, 2013 from mobstub.com. After waiting for 2 weeks without receiving the headphones, I contacted their customer service, and they finally shipped the earbuds to me. When I received the earbuds, I used them for around 5 minutes, when the left earbud stopped playing music. I contacted both Mobstub and [redacted]'s customer service. [redacted] responded quicker and agreed to send me a new pair after receiving my broken pair. I sent the broken earbuds to [redacted] after paying to ship it to the company, however, they sent the headphones back to me and informed me that they were not legitimate. I finally received a response email from Mobstub's Customer Service and they informed me they would send me a replacement pair within 14 days. I waited the 14 days and after I had not received the earbuds I contacted Mobstub again and they informed me they had some delays on replacement orders. It has been around a week since that date and I have not only received nothing, I have not heard anything from Mobstub regarding my case

Even though I have yet to receive a working pair of legitimate beats headphones my account was immediately charged upon placing the order. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I'm disgusted with the service I have received. I am unaware of what would be the next thing to do in this situationDesired Settlement: I would appreciate a replacement pair of legitimate beats headphones or a full refund including shipping.

Review: I ordered Dr Dre Bears headphones on November **, 2013 for a Christmas gift...I ordered 2 pairs for $69 each. I also ordered 5 wallet clutches and 2 10' lighting cables for my iPhone 5. All said they would be shipped in 7-10 business days. I received the lighting cables. I have not received the clutches or the headphones (the most important to me). I have contacted the company 2 times. The 1st time I was told that all shipping specifications are on the product page (7-10 days). I responded with this. I was then told the items would ship the next day. That was 5 days ago and still no shipping info. I contacted them again today and have had no response via email besides an automated response. I tried calling as well and the message says they are busy and to try back.Desired Settlement: I want my items to be delivered prior to the Sunday before Christmas which is when I need to give them as a gift.

Review: Ordered winter masks on November [redacted], and the company has taken almost a month to even get to the "Preparing to Ship" phase, which I am on a week on waiting for them to get out of that phase. And customer service has been less than helpful. Between delays in customer service emails, and a customer service number that is constantly busy, or so they say, and hangs up on you, this is the worst company to deal with.Desired Settlement: Either my product that I ordered, or a full refund.

Review: My girlfriend had ordered make up brushes for me for my birthday. This order was placed in July/August. I have never received the brushes and no one is able to get a hold of the company. The phone number is fictitious and they tell you to email which my girlfriend, myself, and my mom have done. At least 10 emails asking for the brushes to be delivered or the money to be returned and no one has had the decency to contact us. This company is not very reputable. There have been so many complaints something must be done.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund or I want the product.

I am very disappointed in dealing with this company, I liked several pieces of Jewelry, placed an order. Received the first piece ,was not pleased with it. Tried to return it and found no way to contact co except E-mal that did not go anywhere!!! I later tried to order matching pieces I ended up with two gold rings, but I wanted a gold and a silver ring. With no way to contact anyone (except e-mail) and no return policy. I am DONE Very Dissatisfied. More people need to be made aware of their practices!!!

Review: I just received a order for a down alternative comforter that I purchased through their website. When I open the package it is nothing like the picture that was advertised for the item. I tried sending them an email asking them for my money back and a paid return label but their website is saying that it can't accept my email to them. I know mobstub doesn't refund you on products but when they dont send you the product what are you suppose to do!!! Upon using the tracking number I was given I found out that the package with that number has been delivered to [redacted], and it also has a valid address on it. The problem is I do not live in [redacted]. Mobstub.com has my correct shipping information as well; they have the Grantville address. So this was a Christmas present that was delivered to a completely different state because Mobstub.com either 1. put the completely incorrect address on it or 2. gave me the wrong tracking number. They have sent me generic email responses, and there is no phone number to contact them to inquire about this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like this order delivered to my address by Christmas, by whatever means necessary, that mobstub.com will pay for. Or I would like to cancel my order and get a refund ASAP.

I ordered over $200.00 for jewelry from this company. I have not seen all of it yet, since some was ordered for my daughter in NYC. I live in Lancaster, Texas. The jewelry did not look nearly as nice as the pictures did online. It was advertised as a big discount and now I know why. It doesn't look like it's even worth the price it cost let along the socalled price it supposed to be worth. It looks cheap and small and it was a big disappointed. The ring looked bulky and not elegant. It was a total rip off. The advertising is false. The mechandise is cheaply made of inferior material. I would not want this jewelry even if it was free unless I was going to give it to a child. I just received this junk in so many different little envelopes. It all came in small zip lock bags inside the envelopes or in plastic stapled bags. None what I have seen thus far came in boxes. I have never experienced such let down with a product I've ordered online before. Unfortunately I was so excited when I came across this web site that I did not read the fine print which states not eligible for return or exchanges. It stated final sell. This means if you hate the products too bad. You've thrown away your money. I don't know what to do now. I hate the jewelry. I would be so happy if I could get my money back. I should have read up on this company before placing such a large order. Please share this information to hopefully warn others. I am divulging my phone number as I want to go public ###-###-####.
